we do yoga at futako tamagawa park. it is nice and relaxing park as i come often for yoga and picnic.

benefical and meditative practice by slow deep breathing and controlled body movements emphasizing awareness,physical and emotional balance.

Through my yoga session i will help you to open up the body channels and achieve stillness, presence and the moment of silent.

our hatha yoga classes include ; asana (posture), vinyasa (flow), pranayama (breathing practice) and relaxation.
