Guided by the recent Full Moon in Pisces, this sound bath offers a space to soften, surrender, and let go of what no longer serves. Just as the tides are pulled by the moon, you are invited to allow the waves of sound to wash through you—clearing heaviness and opening space for compassion, clarity, and renewal.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a deep state of rest and reflection. This is an opportunity to release emotional residue, reconnect with your intuition, and step forward with greater ease.
Come as you are, with an open heart. No prior experience is needed—simply bring what makes you comfortable (mat, blanket, pillow), and allow the sound to carry you.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
