As we approach the Autumn Equinox, nature reminds us of the sacred balance between light and dark, rest and growth, inner and outer worlds. This evening’s sound bath invites you into harmony with these rhythms—offering a space to pause, realign, and prepare for the shifting season.
Through the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into stillness where balance can naturally emerge. This is a time to honor what you’ve cultivated, release what no longer serves, and open to the equal dance of day and night.
Come as you are—no experience needed. Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, but feel free to bring anything that makes you comfortable.
Let’s gather in community, breathe deeply, and remember our own inner equilibrium as the wheel of the year turns.
