What we’re about
An international group dedicated to open discussions aimed at reducing stress so we can show up for ourselves and our children from a place of love rather than stress -something more important now than ever.
All workshops and talks are based on an innovative framework that alleviates parental stress through evidence-based techniques, integrating both Eastern and Western health-promoting practices. These sessions are enhanced with compassion, fun, and humor.
Your host is an internationally renowned, board-certified American occupational therapist driven by a deep passion for empowering children, families, and schools. Dedicated to creating systemic change, she prioritises human needs and development in education, healthcare, and family health. Her mission is to empower all individuals (especially the neurodivergent community) with the information, tools, and support needed to live to their fullest potential with less stress and more joy.
As the founder of Therapeutic Innovations International and chair of the IFIP Therapist and Specialist Forum, Elizabeth represents the federation in a formal partnership with UNESCO and other UN bodies, influencing global ICT policy and ethics through expert advocacy and collaboration.
A published researcher, influential leader, and inspiring keynote speaker, she champions neurodiversity and envisions a world where every child thrives. Her published research on her work with parents can be found HERE.
She is a contributing author to The Highest Frequencies of Love: Unconventional Solutions for Parents of Children on the Autism Spectrum and The Perfectly Imperfect Parent.
Elizabeth is from Pittsburgh and currently lives in Belgium with her two boys, cats, and tortoise. She offers workshops from the perspective of a parent managing neurodiversity mindfully, a professional who has worked with thousands of children and families worldwide, and someone passionate about helping others while having fun -because the world could use more love, light, and joy.
