From relentless climbs and dizzying descents to exposed chalk paths, twisty spooky woodland, and cosy countryside pubs to die for, this midsummer ‘5 Paw’ hiking adventure truly has it all.

• Torch (Autumn/Winter hikes)
• Sit mat
• Outdoor wear – basic technical clothing & equipment
• AVOID - jeans
• Waterproofs (rain forecast?)
• Footwear – recommend ankle support hiking boots, not essential
• Packed Lunch (high energy snacks possibly)
• Water – 1 to 2 litres
• Vaseline (good for avoiding blisters)
