During this meetup, we will look at the fear of loss paradox. When something or someone becomes desperately needed, or so we think, we actually start getting in our own way. Are you aware of how tightly you are gripping onto a person, a situation, an identity, or anything. As usual, we will explore this topic and and it's impact on us. It's not about letting go, it's about gently loosening. Dr. Sharon Eve, psychotherapist and author, will host the meeting, followed by group discussion.
