Topics in Psychology: The Imposter Syndrome

Have you ever felt that people see a certain image of you and that you might be discovered as a fraud? Social beings that we are, wanting love, belonging and acceptance, we present an image that serves our purpose, even though we may do this unconsciously. We will explore what this image looks like for you, its roots, the price you pay to prop it up, and the benefit that might come from letting it go. This event will include a presentation by Dr. Sharon Eve, psychotherapist and author, illuminating activities, and group discussion. We ask a $10 contribution to help cover our costs.
