Unfortunately BBQ's are not allowed in the park. ​**Who Can Join?** ​Everyone with an interest in Korean & Japanese culture is welcome. ​Our events have a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. If you love anime & manga then please join us for our weekly meetups, where we basically just sit, chat and read anime & manga! We usually sit in the back of the pub. If the weather is nice we may sit outside at the back of the pub, or even outside on the downstairs floor. In this meetup, you can BYOM (bring your own manga) or read one from the selection we will bring. This is a Meetup event at a different venue as a trial. With the rising temperatures.. and prices at the usual venue I wanted to try a different option. This will be at the Nordic bar 25 Newman St, just off Oxford Street, Tuesday 26th May. The format is the same as usual, nice and informal and for language exchange, networking and chatting about Japan or UK etc.

June meetup at the Library. We’ll play games and have casual conversation in Japanese and in English. All levels of Japanese ability, from non-speaker to native, are welcome. After the meetup we will go out to eat at a local restaurant.
