The hike starts from a nearby village and initially follows a **paved access road** before gradually transitioning into a **rugged jungle trail**. Along the way, hikers will cross **streams, small bridges, and water catchment areas**, adding variety and a refreshing touch to the trek. The terrain alternates between gentle inclines and uneven forest paths, allowing hikers to steadily build momentum. As you approach the final section, the trail becomes **noticeably steeper**, leading up a well-defined path toward the summit. At the top, hikers are rewarded with a **beautiful 180-degree panoramic view**—weather permitting—making the climb well worth the effort. Come learn about our rich variety of local activism. With protests, outreach, wheat-pasting, signature collecting, leafletting, lobbying, tabling etc. there’s something to match everyone’s comfort level and skill set. Coffee, bagels and community will be provided! Feel free to bring any extra treats to share (no animal products please.)
