Humor, Drama, Leidenschaft – das ist Maestro, der weltweit populärste Improtheater-Wettstreit. Eine bunte Truppe aus allen Ecken der Wiener Impro-Szene stellt sich den Herausforderungen der Regie, spielt in unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung Szenen und kämpft um die Gunst des Publikums. Und auch Du kannst Teil der Show werden: Unsere RegisseurInnen leiten eine kostenlose Warm-up-Session, wo man sich kennenlernen und warm spielen kann. Am Ende fragen wir nach Freiwilligen und dann entscheidet das Losglück oder die Regie, wer die verbleibenden Plätze bekommt und mit den bereits fix gesetzten SpielerInnen auf der Bühne stehen darf. On se rencontre chaque mercredi pour parler français. Parmi nous, il y a des gens qui ont le français comme langue maternelle, et des gens qui aiment le français et le maîtrisent plus ou moins. On aime discuter et parler de tout et de rien, et on est toujours content de recevoir des gens qui sont de passage ou des nouvelles personnes qui veulent écouter, parler, pratiquer ou poser des questions. Cette semaine, on retourne au Café Merkur, Café sympa et calme avec une cuisine de mediteranée orientale. La table est toujours gérée d'une façon très libre et relaxée, on se rencontre et on parle aux autres participants et participantes autour de nous. NOTE: Si vous comptez venir, inscrivez-vous s'il vous plaît, pour qu'on puisse prévoir assez (mais pas trop non plus) d'espace au restaurant. Comme ça, on sera à l'aise et l'endroit qui nous accueille aussi. On commence à 18h30 , mais ce n'est pas un problème de rejoindre après. From this point onward, the days slowly shorten, and we are reminded that even the brightest fire contains the seed of transformation. The bonfires of Litha call us to celebrate life, to dance and feast, to honor love, passion, and the light within ourselves and the world. It is a time for magic, for communion with the fae and nature spirits, and for affirming joy, strength, and protection. Nach einer kurzen Pause wechseln wir behutsam von Worten in die Stille — mit Raum für innere Resonanz, bewusstes Wahrnehmen und tiefere Einsichten. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist das, was ich **Soul Polishing** nenne: eine regelmäßige Praxis, mit sich selbst in Kontakt zu bleiben — und innere Balance, Ruhe und Stärke zu entwickeln. Nicht einmal. Sondern immer wieder — wie Zähneputzen. Ein erfülltes Leben entsteht nicht zufällig. Es entsteht durch Aufmerksamkeit, durch ehrliches Hinschauen und durch kleine, bewusste Schritte im Alltag.
