Liebe Schrägen, habt ihr Lust Basketball um Obama zu zelebrieren zu spielen? Wir treffen uns um 16 Uhr in der Nähe von Firlstraße / An der Wuhlheide. Wir setzen uns für eine halbe Stunde, bis wir alle da sind, dann spielen wir. Selbst bin ich Anfänger und gar nicht in Top Form. Die Regeln: Erst nach Zehn! Wir stehen üngefähr drei bis fünf Meter vor dem Korb. Wir werfen den Ball in den Korb. Wenn man erfolgreich den Ball in den Korb geworfen hat geht man weiter und wirft nochmal, doch diesmal mit der anderen Hand. Jedoch, wenn der Ball nicht in den Korb geht, dann ist der nächste Spieler an der Reihe. Erst nach Zehn. Eventuell wird es auch etwas Musik mit der JBL sein. This is a form of dynamic therapy, requiring one to partecipate in one’s own treatment- as a creator , an Inner Guide. Through the wet-on wet watercolour technique, we work with the paradox of control and surrender: you place water on the paper, and then the paint moves where it will. In this place between intention and accident , something honest often appears . It is messy, playfull and real. No artist experience is required, come as you are:). This guided songwriting sprint will give you the opportunity to exchange ideas and **get creative**. At the end there will be 3 songs and a lot of new connections. As a challenge, everyone brings a field recording of that day to be incorporated into the songs. This can be the sound of your coffee machine, the noise of a subway passing by or your baby crying, bring what moved you on that day. Together we will exchange the sounds and see what the 3 teams create out of it. **What you need to bring:** \- Laptop with your favorite DAW \- Ableton Live\, Logic Pro\, etc\. **(!)** \- a field recording from that day on your phone/flash drive/etc\. \- openness to expirement in a team of people you have not worked with before \- extra gear if you want to **Speakers and midi keyboards provided for 3 teams.**
