Tango Argentino Basics is an invitation to start your tango journey with solid foundations, clarity, and trust in your process.
Join to learn the essentials of Tango Argentino from a mindful, embodied approach, focusing not only on *what* to do, but on *how* and *why* we move the way we do in this dance.
This course is ideal for you if:
* You’re a complete beginner in Tango Argentino

As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing!

**Entspanntes ADHS-Treffen mit Liliputbahn-Fahrt durch den Prater und optionalem Aufenthalt in der Luftburg danach.**
Wir fahren zusammen mit der Liliputbahn und haben dann Zeit für Plaudern bei Kaffee oder Essen (optional).
Dieses Treffen ist für Erwachsene in Wien mit ADHS – diagnostiziert, selbst-diagnostiziert oder einfach neugierig.
Du musst nicht gesprächig oder sozial besonders begabt sein, um mitzukommen. Komm einfach vorbei, teile die Erfahrung und rede so viel oder so wenig, wie es für dich stimmig ist.
Es geht hier nicht darum, Symptome zu analysieren oder uns zu „reparieren“. Sondern darum, Menschen zu treffen, bei denen ADHS einfach normal ist – wo du dich zugehörig fühlst und wir lernen können, dass wir okay, liebenswert und willkommen sind, genau so wie wir sind.

Low-pressure ADHD meetup with a nostalgic train ride through the Prater and an optional hangout at Luftburg afterwards. We’ll take the Liliputbahn together, then have time for relaxed conversation over coffee or food.
We’ll ride the little train for a round trip through the green parts of the park, and then head over to Luftburg for anyone who wants to stay longer.
This meetup is for adults in Vienna with ADHD – diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just curious. You don’t need to be talkative or “socially skilled” to join. You can simply come along, share the experience, and talk as much or as little as feels good.
This is not mainly a space for dissecting symptoms or fixing ourselves. It’s about meeting people where ADHD is simply normal, where you can feel like you belong, and where we can gently practice that we are okay, lovable, and welcome exactly as we are.

Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us!
Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast.
Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too.
What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :)
We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast!
Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45.
We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier.
Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup.

🌿 **Stadtwanderweg 6 — Vienna Hiking Challenge**
📆 Date & Time: 31 May, 11:00
📏 Length: 12,5 km
⏱ Walking time: approx. 4-4,5 hours
This route takes us through forests and hills around the southern edge of Vienna, passing places like Zugberg, Wiener Hütte and Maurer Wald.
Along the way we’ll also see the famous Wotruba Church and the open-air planetarium Sterngarten Georgenberg.

Before the hike, I will share a registration form there and create a separate group for confirmed participants.
**What is the Challenge:** we’re hiking all Vienna Stadtwanderwege and collecting stamps in the Wanderpass.

Hi ladies. Let's hike the edward thomas trail, lake trail , spring creek and a short walk on the multi purpose trail. This is one large loop . Wear your shoe of choice.
Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area. 4.2 miles in length .
Two For Tuesday : Social walk and Duckpin (option)
**Not everyone will come. That is exactly why you should.**
**Two for Tuesdays** is for the people who actually want to get out and do something instead of just talking about it. We’re kicking off the night with a one-hour social walk before Duckpin Social.
**Expect a laid-back** But an Intentional 1 hour walk (2-3 miles), good people, and a better way to spend your Tuesday than staying home and doing the same thing you always do.
**If the weather does not cooperate, we’ll move indoors.**
**This is a paid event.** A small contribution helps keeps events sustainable and ensures those **who RSVP actually show up.**

Hi Ladies , Let's Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park .
We will meet at the nature center parking lot.
Hiking about 4 miles completing the blendon woods loop and the sugarbush trail .
Wear appropriate footwear and bring water for hydration .
