Join the dinner event and hangout this coming Friday, we are going to be in central Berlin, a short distance from Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz U-Bahn (subway) station. We are visiting a wonderful Georgian restaurant called Golden Fleece, which offers good food, cosy environment as well as fair prices. Menu also offers vegetarian choices. A nice area will be reserved for us. In case of interest for a further venue after the dinner, you can ask the event host for some tips. Shut-Up & Write Zehlendorf meets Fridays, except during school holidays, following the standard format of 15 minutes to say hello, followed by two 45 minute writing sessions and a break in between. The location is a cozy coworking space, which means it's quite peaceful, with no music playing or customers chatting around us. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen, so there's no pressure to purchase anything (though donations are welcome!). So come and join us for some quiet work in a quiet space. The plan will be for us to do some small discussions at the top and then start discussing theory before doing some meditations of increasing length and then closing with some time for Q & A. We will take a short break in the middle as well. The plan is to go from 10-12 roughly but we may end a little closer to 11:30 depending. This week will function primarily as a simple introduction to meditation and some topics in the space but we will also discuss what the Jhanas are. Looking forward!
