Ask five developers and you’ll get five different answers – and none of them are wrong. In this workshop, we define legacy code as code without tests. Why? Because without tests, making changes becomes risky and error-prone. To refactor safely, we first need to build a solid understanding of what the code does, and write tests around it. This session explores practical techniques to make legacy code more testable and maintainable, so you can work with it more confidently.
