**We’ll now be meeting twice a week at Denizen House (Köpenicker Str. 40, 10179 Berlin), on** **Mondays and Wednesdays!** * **Mondays:** **levels A1 to B2** * **Wednesdays:** **levels A2 to C1** **We work with dedicated materials tailored to each level, so everyone will have a place to practice and improve.** **Event schedule** * **18:00 – 18:30** **Arrival and registration** * **18:30 – 19:50** **SprachcafĂ©** * **19:50 – 20:00** **End and clean up** **Please be aware that the moderated event starts at** **18:30. Before this time, we are busy setting up the space. Registrations usually take place around** **18:15 / 18:20. Dieser besondere Deutschkurs ist fĂŒr alle, die mit Spiel und Spaß ihr Deutsch verbessern wollen. Wir sind eine kleine Gruppe (max. 15 Personen) von Deutschlernern zwischen A2 - B2 und machen Theater-Improvisation auf Deutsch. Aber keine Angst - das kann jede/jeder lernen! Der Fokus liegt vorallem auf Sprechen und Verstehen, so daß du in Alltagssituationen spontaner reagieren kannst und mit dem Sprechen auf Deutsch flĂŒssiger wirst. Ich bin sowohl Deutschdozentin als auch Theaterschauspielerin und entwickle diese Methode seit mehr als 10 Jahren. Der Kurs ist immer mittwochs und du bist herzlich willkommen, vorbeizukommen und uns kennenzulernen. Das 1. Mal kostet der Kurs 12 Euro zum Kennenlernen. Ein 10er Ticket kostet 160 Euro. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :) We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German. The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other. If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!). **HOW IT WORKS** **Step 1: Bring a topic** Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event. **Step 2: Circle up & share** We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds. **Step 3: Walk, talk & float** We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!" **Step 4: Feel more alive** Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others.
