Come join a small group for hatha yoga in my home studio in Prenzlauer berg. I am a certified yoga teacher, having trained in Bali and India. After the class you will feel relaxed, yet energised. Hi everyone. We'll meet and play a relaxed game of ultimate in Volkspark Rehberge if the weather cooperates. Our games focus on having great team play, where the teams work together to advance the disk down the field. It's more important to work well together as a team than have a few star players get a point with lucky shots. For this reason, players of all skill levels (especially those who have never played) are welcome to join Bring plenty of water, shoes you can run in and comfortable clothing that can get a bit dirty. Although we're an established group, newcomers are always welcome. After the game we try to spend some time together and have fun. **Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy** My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation. Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space. The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence — allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken. Whether through active musicking, deep listening, or verbal reflection, the process unfolds at your own pace, weaving together body, voice, and relationships as pathways to healing and growth.

Saturday afternoons are perfect to play some lazy liar games, if you have nothing better to do. We are a group of friendly people who will teach you how to play these easy social deduction games . Amazing way to meet new people and have some good company during weekend. **IMPORTANT** It's relaxed playing, nothing for ambitious gamers or people who take it too serious.
