The element of Air represents the transforming quality of lightly and allow us the possibility to change softly and actively. In this sound journey, release any energy you might have taken on in daily life that is not yours; such as any old beliefs, any patterns, and instead choose to focus on ‘Being true to yourself’. This meaningful session focuses on opening up your mind to the universe, to the possibility of connecting to energy vortexes and receive healing energy from the universe to yourself. *\*If you have your favourite crystals, we suggest you to bring them along with you and use them for support during the session.*

The session starts with some simple breathwork to help you settle in, then you will lie down and rest, allowing the harmonious sounds of the 7 chakra Tibetan singing bowls to bring balance and reset to your body. We close the session by letting the oracle cards bring you insightful messages that your soul wants you to know, and guide your path towards self-love and discovery.

Amidst the fast-paced nature of today’s world, finding time for rest has peculiarly transformed into a form of luxury. Sleep and relaxation play pivotal roles in allowing the body to unwind, heal, and regain balance.
