# Integral self-awareness workshops in Budapest Do you ever react more strongly than the moment seems to call for? Do you ever wonder why the people you love most can trigger the biggest reactions? Do you ever get overwhelmed by a tone of voice, a look, or a silence you can’t quite explain? Do you ever feel your body respond before your mind understands what is happening? The integral self-awareness group is a safe and accepting space where you can observe your inner processes and how you relate to others. You can gain insight into recurring patterns and experiment with more conscious, new ways of functioning. The group supports you in letting go of your defensive layers and connecting to yourself and others without judgment. This offers a deeply nourishing experience of acceptance, while also helping you become aware of inner processes that often remain hidden in everyday life. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps.
