Join us at SalsaTrain for a fun-filled evening of dancing and learning the art of salsa, suitable for all levels! SalsaTrain is in its 5th year now. All aboard! The classes are fun & interactive with Dominic Insta(Salsa_Legend) with over 20 years salsa experience, and Trish with 10 years teaching experience. I am excited to announce the launch of a series of healthy Persian cooking classes with Zohal. With her background as a street-food trader, she has developed a deep passion for sharing the joy of food. We will be hosting accessible yet delicious cooking workshops in her kitchen. At the end of the session, guests will be served a delicious meal with tea and refreshments, allowing everyone to relax and socialise. Our 43rd Spiritual Creatives gathering - in person! Come and join us for a lovely walk and talk around Hampstead Heath. We are meeting just outside Hampstead Heath station (London Overground train) at 11.00 on Sunday the 26th of April. Please note: This is NOT Hampstead Station on the Northern Line! It is the Hampstead HEATH station. After a short break of 20-30 minutes, we then walk back through the Heath, taking the long way round to Parliament Hill, and conclude our stroll back to Hampstead Heath overground station around 2 to 2.30pm. (Please note that you may become so involved in your conversations that you end up losing sight of the main group! Unfortunately, there is no way for you to catch up with us once we have become separated (and we do NOT check our phones for texts or messages during our walk) so please be mindful and conscious to stay with the main group if you want to keep up.
