This one of a kind seminar is designed to introduce the two precious gems in Buddhism: Wisdom in meditation (Dhyāna) and martial art (Wing Chun kungfu). It aims to give participants a first hand and HASSLE-FREE experience on meditation techniques, marital art applications, and various Buddhist-Chinese traditional practices on wellness. Buddhists and non-Buddhists are welcomed to participate and improve STAMINA, STATE OF MIND, COORDINATION & build up exquisite and practical self-defense skills.
