Each class introduces a UM technique, with guided meditations and Q&As. The class is well suited for both beginners and experienced meditators. Drop-ins are welcome. He has practiced meditation for more than 10 years and worked as a researcher and educator for more than 15 years, including leading classes and seminars on meditation.
