Hi Running fellows, Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us! Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. Hi everyone! On **Saturday, May 02, 2026**, I’m planning a beautiful loop hike around the **Perchtoldsdorfer Heide**, one of the most scenic nature areas on the southern edge of Vienna. This route takes us through a protected **nature reserve** with open landscapes, gentle hills, and wide views towards Vienna and the Wienerwald. In spring, the area is especially pleasant, with fresh greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. We will meet up north in the proximity of the Walulisobrücke. Right next to the public toilets. From there on we cycle along the Donauradweg downstream until we arrive at the Uferhaus in Orth an der Donau. There roughly halfway through we will have a break of 10-15 minutes and afterwards cross the Danube by taking the ferry boat (http://www.faehre-orth.at/) to Haslau an der Donau. Then we cycle across smaller hills and a few villages to the Vienna Airport and further to the Kraftwerk Freudenau where the event ends. **Distance:** 55 km **Elevation gain:** 206 m **Max altitude:** 196 m **Average speed:** 20-21 km/h (please only participate if you feel comfortable at that pace) **Note:** The route is mostly paved. Customer identity resolution becomes increasingly complex as organizations scale across multiple systems, regions, and data formats. Traditional rule-based approaches often fail to keep up with data variability, require constant manual tuning, and struggle with real-time processing needs. This session presents a practical approach to building a scalable identity resolution pipeline using AWS services and modern AI techniques. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context. We will walk through how machine learning models can be used for name and address normalization, how intelligent blocking strategies improve matching efficiency, and how feedback loops can be introduced to continuously improve accuracy.
