The hike starts in Storkow, where we have short glimpse into its castle and cross a draw bridge over the Storkow canal. Before climbing one of Brandenburg's biggest inland dune, we get a view of Lake Storkow. After crossing forests and the village of Kolipin with its lake, we arrive at Bad Saarow, a spa town renowned for its hot springs and mineral-rich mud. From there, we take two trains back to Berlin in the late afternoon. Meet us in the **first car of the train RE7**, departing from **Ostkreuz station at 11:02** **am on platform 1,** (transfer in Königs Wusterhausen to RB36) **arriving at Storkow (Mark) at 11:57 am** Unless you subscribed to the Deutschlandticket, you'll need to buy a ticket to Storkow (Mark) and from Bad Saarow back to Berlin. Let's have a "Portray and Be Portrayed" inside **colorful S-Schonefeld!** Originally intended to serve as a BER Airport Terminal 5 station, its connection to the airport was abandoned, and today it mostly serves as a semi-abandoned S-Bahn station. Ham radio operators, GMRS users, Meshtastic fans, software-defined radio nerds, makers, and technical and non-technical folks are all welcome. No experience required or expected. This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability.
