Sunday Tea Club was founded in Daejeon in 2023. Created as a quiet alternative to Korea’s typical drinking and nightlife culture, the club offers a calm, meaningful way to spend your Sunday afternoons. This location is where GRASP started in April 2022 and we're so excited to see it open as a pizza restaurant again! This will be a great opportunity to meet friends old and new while enjoying pizza that has become quite a hit in the DMV area! Andy's serves pizza by the slice and also wine by the bottle. Two slices of pizza and a coke cost about $12. It all started with a ball of Trader Joe’s pizza dough. Over nearly a decade, Andy Brown has refined his recipe from semihomemade to a from-scratch crust that ferments for 72 hours before it’s baked in a hot stone oven. This location, in Kentlands, is the newest but Andy’s is quickly mushrooming around DC and NoVA. With its pliable crust, tangy tomatoes, and high-quality cheese, this is one of the most awarded pizzas in the DMV.

We've done this event before and it was interesting and fun — and this time we've booked a private group tasting just for us! Tour this small chocolate factory and then taste a spectrum of flavors of (dark) single origin chocolate, with expert guidance very much like a wine tasting! There's also a small chocolate shop of course :) Cost is $25 per person (payable to me, I've reserved for a private group of 4 people and we can add more as we wish). The location is in Chantilly and not convenient to metro (though there is a bus). I am happy to pick up participants at the East Falls Church (if you're riding from downtown) or West Falls Church (if you want to park) metro stations, and it's about a 20-minute drive from there. The hike follows the Blue Loop trail, to White Rock, where we’ll pause to take in the stunning views, snap some photos, and catch our breath. Ball’s Bluff Regional Park is a hidden gem rich in history and natural beauty.
