Welcome for some fun improv games together :) About us: We are a bunch of people of all ages and backgrounds, gathering to share the common passion for improv. Improvisation, or Improv for short, is a form of live theatre in which the story, characters and scenes are without a script and made up in the moment, completely different every time. The actors are acting, directing themselves, writing the plot and interacting with each other all at the same time without previous planning. Improvisation can help you with your social and business skills by training your mind to think quickly and react to unexpected situations. In Improvisation, there are no lines to memorize and you play off other creatively challenged fun-loving, global-minded people who loves laughing at themselves. It’s a great way to socialize and make new friends. It’s a welcoming atmosphere, we want you to join in the fun, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced improviser – come and lets enjoy together! We usually start with some warm-ups that help us relax, listen and focus. Then we move on to doing different kinds of short scene fun games with each other, making characters, stories and our small worlds. In improv mistakes are welcome and you will have goooood times! **Hi everyone** 👋 I’m David, and I’d love to start a social bouldering club for anyone who wants to climb, hang out, and meet new people! I will arrange a meetup climbing event once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. The focus is on: • 🧗‍♂️ Climbing and challenging ourselves • 🤝 Being social and building a fun community • 💪 Training together – all levels welcome I’ve been climbing for about 1.5 years, so I’m still in my learning phase, but I’m more than happy to help beginners get started and share the basics with anyone who’s new. We will start at **Beta Boulders in Vanløse the 8 February @ 14.00** o’clock There will be a warm up and cool down, focusing on climbing and mobility. If you want to join in on that, otherwise drop in when ever. If you’re interested in joining, just drop a comment. Looking forward to climbing with you all! 🙌 **Short Overview of Boulder Gyms in Copenhagen and bouldering is:** **Beta Boulders** A modern and friendly gym with lots of different wall styles. Great for both beginners and experienced climbers, and there’s a nice training area as well. **Bison Boulders** Located a bit outside the city, but very relaxed and welcoming. Good variety of routes and plenty of space. A calm, nice atmosphere. **Boulders CPH** One of the biggest and most popular bouldering gyms in Copenhagen. Many routes for all levels and a very social environment. **What Is Bouldering?** Bouldering is a type of climbing done at low heights — usually up to around 4–5 meters — **without ropes or harnesses**. Instead, there are thick mats on the floor for safety. You only need climbing shoes, which you can rent, and maybe some chalk for your hands. Climbs are short “problems” or routes that you try to solve using balance, technique, and strength. Some are easy, some are challenging, and you can always choose the level that fits you. Bouldering is also very social — people often help each other, share tips, cheer each other on, and have fun together. It’s perfect for meeting new people while getting a good workout.

Come join us for an afternoon run/jog/walk We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30. Don’t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup. We have existed for 44 years, and a lot of our members (anywhere from 20 to 50 people) just show up. Four-legged friends are welcome! We never cancel. See you there!

The book is 394 pages in print and 14 hours and 20 minutes on audiobook.** **An imaginative, feminist, and brilliantly relevant-to-today retelling of Orwell’s 1984, from the point of view of Winston Smith’s lover, Julia, by critically acclaimed novelist Sandra Newman.** Julia Worthing is a mechanic, working in the Fiction Department at the Ministry of Truth. It’s 1984, and Britain (now called Airstrip One) has long been absorbed into the larger trans-Atlantic nation of Oceania. Oceania has been at war for as long as anyone can remember, and is ruled by an ultra-totalitarian Party, whose leader is a quasi-mythical figure called Big Brother.
