Each participant will cover their own food and drink costs. **There is a non-refundable / non-transferable $5.00 cover fee** to attend this group event. This charge will reserve your spot, help with group costs and hopefully minimize no shows. **Payment of the $5 cover charge is due by FRIDAY, June 5th, 2026.** After this date, non payment of the cover fee will result in the Member's name being moved to the "not going" list so that those "waitlisted" have an opportunity to attend the Happy Hour. **Note - attendees may bring one guest (subject to space availability) under this cover charge.** In consideration of others, if you are not able to attend, please advise 48 hours prior to the event to allow other people on the waitlist to have your spot. Open to anyone over the age of 19. Limited to the first 54 paid entries plus alternates, seats are reserved by RSVP until 6:55 pm, at that time we will start seating from the waiting list. Late registration is available for the first 6 levels of play. **Tournament Start:** 7:00 pm sharp. Registration at 6:20 pm please be early. **Cost:** $210 * Includes bounty of $50 - $50 is taken out of each entry to be used as a Bounty to whoever knocks you out. * Costs $25 - Helps cover event costs. * Food $10 **Starting Stack:** 25k \*\*\*Starting stack may be reduced/increased before tournament start due to higher/lower than expected number of players. **Re-entries:** \- One permitted in first 2\-hours \($200\) **Prize Pool**: A minimum of 12% of the field will be paid out. If a full 54 players a full 9 places will be paid. **Bounty:** $50 bounty for every player you knock out. **High Hand:** None **Blind Levels and Ante:** The blinds increase every 20/15 minutes and are designed to end the tournament within 8 hours. Big Blind ante will be used for this tournament. This will be a 4 v 4 format. You will play 4s with beach rules but you’ll be playing against Low Int 5s or Mid 4s This event is for those currently playing Low Int 5s and want to transition to Mid Int 4s level and transitioning to playing with beach rules. You should be amongst the strongest players at the Low Int 5s level to play this level. Please note that you must know FULL beach rules. You MUST answer the RSVP question to play this event. We will be hiking the loop trail, (counter clockwise) around the BeaverDam Reservoir starting at the brand new Reservoir Park VisitorsCenter. Beautiful views of the water and varied woodland areas. This is an 7.5 MILE loop hike around one of Northern Virginia's largest bodies of water. The loop is mainly flat with a tiny hill or two. I've rated the loop moderate because the distance is 7.5 miles and we will be hiking about 22 minutes per mile - just under 3 miles per hour. Dogs are welcome on the hike as long as they are good with groups, friendly and you follow all leash laws. I like kids but this is an adult event so please no kids or any one under 21.
