A conceived boy band for TV, that was made up of four talented musicians- Davey Jones, Mike Nesmith, Mickey Dolenz, and Peter Tork. Their three #1 hits included Last Train to Clarksville, Daydream Believer, and Neil Diamond’s I’m a Believer. The Jelly Roll Mortals are fresh off their triumphant performance at the Buddy Holly Winter Dance and turn their talents on late 60’s power pop. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
