We are mostly two Danes joining, so we can make two groups: beginners and more advanced. We are having conversations while drinking tea. In March we are reading [Beasts of the Sea by Iida Turpeinen](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/228646203-beasts-of-the-sea). This is (probably) our first Finnish book! We hope to see you for a great discussion. Synopsis: In 1741, thirty-two-year-old naturalist Georg Wilhelm Steller joins Captain Bering's Great Northern Expedition to scout out a sea route from Asia to America. Plagued with hardships, captain and crew never reach their goal, but they do make a unique discovery, a gentle giant that will be named for the young explorer who described Steller’s sea cow. Join us for a cosy artsy evening, where I'll take you through the process of making botanical cyanotype prints. Cyanotype printing is a photographic process, invented in 1841, that uses iron-based chemicals, UV-light and water to create beautiful dark blue prints. It is easy, less toxic and less expensive than most other photographic print-making techniques.
The workshop requires no prior experience and I will provide all necessary materials for you to make two A5-sized prints. Nb! Please be aware that the app might lead you to the wrong address. Knitting courses from basic skills to advanced techniques. Classes are held in groups (up to 10 people). One lesson lasts 90 minutes. As a knitting teacher, I have 10 years of experience. Individual approach to students makes this course interesting for both beginners and experienced knitters.

In a world where politicians bet on differences and misunderstandings to drive their political agendas, we more than ever need deeper understanding between the different components of the Swedish society. This event will be a bridge between Muslims and non-Muslims, in order to iron out some of the differences and clarify some of the misunderstandings. If you have never had the chance to discuss societal matters on a deeper level with a Muslim person, then this is your chance to come and say salam alaykoum! This event is for Muslims and non-Muslims alike, albeit sometimes we might have events geared towards explaining Islam to non-Muslims. It is an event that is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in communication and connection. Let's learn about each other and make Sweden a better place! I hope to see you soon!

We will try as a group of random people to sit down and talk about emotions or personal challenges. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
