This week the host is: Youssra! Youssra grew up in Syria in a home where cooking was at the center of everything. She moved to Denmark as a youngster and spent most of her life working as an English teacher while raising a family - always in the cooking business and always taking care of people. When she was in her 60s, she decided to follow the thread that had been there all along. She started her own catering business, Youssra's Kitchen, and now cooks full-time from her kitchen, often with music in her ears and the door open. Youssra has a beautiful way of speaking; she's full of stories about food, migration and resilience, and now she wants to open her kitchen to share them. Every Wednesday there is dinner hosted by a different Silver (senior host) who will open their front door, welcome a group of 5-8 people into their home, and share their stories, knowledge, and connections across the table over a themed evening. He picked it back up in 2022 after moving to Switzerland because he doesn't learn from his mistakes. His humor is a mix of social commentary and family history tinged with the insights of an expat living, loving and learning in different languages and cultural environments for most of his adult life. **Div Sidhu** Div is an Indian comedian based in Copenhagen known for his anecdotal style of comedy. Drawing from personal experiences and everyday observations, he blends stand-up storytelling with sketch comedy to share humorous takes on life as an Indian living in Europe. With expressive characters and relatable insights into cultural differences, family moments, and immigrant life, Div turns real-life situations into stories audiences everywhere can laugh and connect with. He has performed internationally across the USA, India, Italy, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Austria, Malta, and Sweden, where he brought his two-person comedy show to the Stockholm Fringe Festival.
