Each week we greet each other and then spend about 20 minutes in guided meditation and then conversation about where we are and where we are going. Having the goal in mind to learn a new language, new frameworks, and design skills, he eventually crafted a plank workout app called "Planki" that is essentially a game that makes the tough exercise feel way easier.
