Womb Room – The Awake Dream State
You are warmly invited to step into the Womb Room — a space for deep rest, reconnection, and inner exploration. Innerdance is not a dance in the traditional sense. It is a guided, music-and sound supported process where you are invited to lie down, close your eyes, and allow your body and mind to enter a natural state of expansion. Through carefully curated soundscapes, the brain moves into a more fluid, intuitive rhythm — often activating imagery, emotional release, insight, or deep stillness. Each experience is unique. Some travel through vivid inner landscapes, others rest in profound calm. There is no right or wrong way to experience it. The Womb Room offers a safe and held environment to: – reconnect with your body – release stored tension and emotion – access deeper layers of awareness – and return to a more natural, intuitive state You don’t need to know anything or do anything. Just arrive, lie down, and allow. This is a space to return — gently, and in your own time.

Welcome to join our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings in English! The meetings are free of charge and you can just show up. The group consists of people of different ages and nationalities who have been meditating different periods of time. Newcomers are welcome at any time. We normally sit on chairs or on pillows on the floor, so there is no need to bring a mat and you can wear normal clothes. Meditation means mental silence or thoughtless awareness. You are present here and now, but your mind is not bombarded by thoughts from the past or the future. In this state, you feel peace and joy, which are the essential elements of the present moment. With regular practice of meditation, it is possible to establish this state within us. The group is lead by volunteers who are experienced and can offer guidance to get you started. We give a short introduction to the meditation and after that we do meditation exercises. We also give tips on how to meditate at home. After the meditation class, we have a cup of tea and there is time for questions. Welcome! We hope to see you in our meditation meetings! Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
