EnCore: Northwest Tracks & Trails 🌿🚶🎶
We’ll take a brisk walk along a quiet waterway tucked through neighbourhood greens, where the path traces gentle curves of water and soothing stretches of greenery. The 8-10km route is mostly flat and easy, shifting naturally from open skies to tree-lined pockets, with the steady presence of water setting a calm rhythm for conversation. The walk ends at a cosy dining spot near the hills, offering affordable comfort food and music—an effortless transition from green calm to a warm, welcoming night out together. 🌿🚶♀️🎶✨
This Meetup group is a community-led group by volunteers, who enjoy the Great Outdoors (GO) and would like to share the GO with u too! 🤎✌️😃
**This is a free community walk, created simply for the joy of exploring together. To keep the spirit of the walk genuine and relaxed, we don’t involve donations, promotions, or sales of any kind. We warmly ask everyone to be punctual and considerate of fellow walkers, so that the journey remains smooth and enjoyable for all. 😊😊 Late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may affect your priority for future walks. The 'going' list may not necessarily follow a strict sequence. 🔄 Gate-crashers will be turned away to keep things smooth for everyone.**
To protect your privacy, we do not collect telephone numbers 📵. Communication will be through the Event page. Kindly check for any updates, especially on the day of the event, so that you will be updated on any changes. The route may be amended or the hike postponed in the event of inclement weather, for the safety of our walkers. 🚶🚶♂️
As part of Meetup's enhanced privacy/ security measures, the meeting point will now be visible to attendees only. Exercise care while you walk. Please inform us when you feel unwell and need to drop out.
*Disclaimer: By joining this walk, you assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being 🚸, and will not hold the organizers/hosts liable for any loss or injury or other unforeseen events, ensuring a shared commitment to a safe and enjoyable experience for all. 😊 Thank you. 🙏
Dinnerdates: age range & income range (Sat, 28 Mar). singles social event.
For this casual dinner session, a choice list will be issued for participants to choose the ones they wish to know better or to build connections. You can choose up to about half the number of participants of the opposite gender. Results will be compiled based on mutual matches (i.e. both parties who selected each other) and privately made known to respective participants in a few days via email.
If there is mutual match, ladies will get to know the annual income range and age range of the respective guys, while guys will be updated with the mutual ladies' age range. If there is no mutual match, the details will not be made known to anyone.
For example, if Jack has mutual match with Jane and Jill, he will be informed about the 2 ladies' age range which are categorised into: Gen Z (born 1995 and after), Gen Y3 (1990-1994), Gen Y2 (1985-1989), Gen Y1 (1980-1984), Gen X (before 1980)

Data & Analytics Wednesday - The Data-Driven Brand
**The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception**
Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory.
For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy.
She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps).
Ultimately, this talk focuses on the intersection of art and science—using data to inform creativity and build a brand that resonates with customers in a measurable way.
**About Our Speaker**
Sara Kear is Chief Marketing Officer at Condado Tacos, where she oversees brand, restaurant design, menu and pricing strategy, off-premise including catering, and customer data strategy. Since joining in 2021, she has helped grow the brand from 19 to 52 locations while building a data-driven marketing organization focused on loyalty and customer insights. Condado has since been named to the Inc. 5000, recognized as Breakout Retailer by Chain Store Age, and consistently ranked among FastCasual’s Top 100 Movers & Shakers.
