Experience the joy of floating! Soft aerial yoga is a gentle practice using a structured hammock to support the body in movement and rest. The fabric creates a sense of lightness and ease, allowing tension to release naturally while the body moves in a slower, more intuitive way. Each class begins with simple grounding and breath, followed by soft, supported movement and moments of light suspension. The practice finishes with deep relaxation in the hammock. This approach can help to release tension in the spine, improve mobility and support the nervous system. Classes are small, with only seven participants, creating a calm and personal atmosphere.
