Through free-form movement, dance, and gently guided impulses and intention-setting, you are invited to reconnect with your body as a source of guidance, truth, and trust. In a supportive and non-judgmental space, we move to alchemize inner obstacles, awaken joy in the body, express a freer, new version of ourselves, and return to our inner center. Gratitude becomes a shared practice, raising our frequency, cultivating unity within ourselves and with others, and opening us to authentic human connection—expressed through the language of our moving bodies and hearts. This workshop creates space to listen deeply to your inner knowing via the body in movement.
