In a world where stress, overwhelm, disconnection, and constant stimulation have become common, many of us are moving through life without truly listening to what the body is holding. **Move to Regulate** is a therapeutic dance & body-based healing workshop designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore nervous system regulation through movement, dance, rhythm, grounding, and embodied awareness practices. Drawing from **Dance Movement Therapy** principles, somatic approaches, nervous system education, grounding techniques, and body awareness work under the specially formulated R.I.M Integrated Dance Wellness Method- this workshop invites participants to understand how stress and emotions can live within the body and how movement can become a pathway toward release, regulation, expression, and connection. Through specially designed stress release and body awareness sequences, participants will be guided into noticing sensations, patterns, breath, posture, rhythm, tension, activation, and ease within the body. The workshop will also include somatic and vagal toning exercises that support grounding, safety, co-regulation, and nervous system awareness.
