This is an event for ages 16 and up. Children are not allowed to participate. We cannot guarantee age-appropriate scenes and exercises.

We will explore the connection between **natural aromas and visual expression**. A selection of essential oils will be available, and you can intuitively choose one that attracts you. Take a moment to notice what the scent evokes - **colors, textures, memories, or images**.
You can translate your impressions into a drawing or painting. Your work can be **abstract** or represent an object, place, or feeling you associate with the scent.
No drawing experience is needed - just curiosity and openness to experiment.

This workshop is built around the transition from daylight to night.
Weâll work with natural light first and then move into controlled artificial light, allowing you to experience how different light sources shape mood, contrast, and meaning.
This workshop is focused on light â how to recognise it, shape it, and use it intentionally.
In the first part, weâll work with natural light, contrast, direction, and colour, and how these elements influence mood and meaning in a photograph. The second half will be dedicated to working with artificial light, as that helps even further to understand how to work with light.
During the workshop I keep the focus on perception: learning to notice light before you lift the camera, and understanding how composition supports it.
Youâll learn how to simplify scenes, work with shadows, and make conscious choices rather than reacting to whatâs in front of you.
The workshop is crucial as even professionals often do not use light to the full potential and Iâve seen many times when people working as photographers are forgetting about the most fundamental and complex part of it â light! Photo is light and here I explain ways to use it to your advantage

* practice seeing contrast, direction, and colour in real situations
* shoot guided exercises focused on light, not subjects
* review images together and talk through decisions

**Womenâs Circle \| Forgiveness & Self\-Healing**
**Sunday\, 15\.03\. \| 12:00â14:00**
Join us this Sunday for a small and intimate **women\*** circle centered around the theme of **forgiveness** â towards ourselves, someone else, the past, or any experience life has brought to us.
Our women\* circles offer a supportive and intentional space to slow down, connect more deeply, and share what is present within us. Each gathering is centered around a preselected topic, which we explore through conversation, reflection, and gentle body- and breath-based practices. You do not need any prior experience â only a willingness to arrive as you are.
We will begin with a cup of tea together, take some time to land, warm up, and gently arrive in the space.
Each circle is limited to a maximum of six women, so that everyone has space to speak, listen, and be heard.
This circle welcomes all who identify, or wish to identify, in any way with the term **woman** or **FLINTA**.
**Important:** We will be sitting on the floor on a Japanese-style mat. Some cushions will be available, but please bring your own pillow and/or blanket if you would like extra comfort. If sitting on the floor does not feel right for you, chairs and a sofa are also available :)
Please try to arrive on time so that we can start and finish together.

Tango Argentino Basics Course
A grounded, embodied approach to Tango Argentino for beginners building foundations and improvers seeking clarity, depth, and freedom.
**Every Sunday (except during our Tango Immersion Weekends), we explore the essentials of Tango Argentino from a mindful, embodied approach. Focusing not only on what to do, but on how and why we move the way we do in this dance.**
⨠No previous experience required, just curiosity to work with essential principles that allow you to understand the Tango Argentino language sooner, and adapt easier to real social dance situations.
⨠Experienced dancers refine technique and efficiency of their movements.
⨠**You can come with or without a dance partner**, and learn the role(s) of your choice (Jessica encourages to learn both).

In PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ Level 1, you learn the basics of working with your energy aura, including learning to "scan," or feel the energy, to "sweep," or clean away congested energy, and to "energize," or supplement areas in your aura that have a pranic deficiency.
PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ has been taught to doctors, nurses, massage
therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, shiatsu practitioners, and many others in the healing field. It has allowed them to heal confidently and consistently in the shortest learning time possible. These professionals find PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ very effective and easy to apply.
Other topics covered in PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ Level 1:
Energetic anatomy: You will learn to work with the network of chakras, meridians and auras to accelerate the healing processes of your body.
Preventive healing: You will learn to remove the negative energetic patterns of a disease to prevent it from fully manifesting as a physical ailment.
Self-Pranic healing: You will learn to apply these healing techniques to accelerate your own healing.
