Hi everyone! 👋 Ready to press the pause button and give your mind a break? I’m excited to invite you to our upcoming class on May 17th! This session is designed to return to a state of calm through mediation, breathwork and gong. Whether you’re a regular meditator or a complete beginner, you are so welcome here.
