Mixed Friendly Football @ Sportpark - Lousy & Lazy
Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? Then Lousy & Lazy Football is the right thing for you!
We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.
Note: We do not allow high-studded football boots during our sessions. To avoid injuries, we only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Please have a look here: [link](https://www.11teamsports.com/de-de/fussballschuhe/multinocken/).
Lousy & Lazy rules:
1. **Donât be competitive - fun only! Enjoy the workout, nice people, wonderful weather and magic ball moments**
2. **No emotional shouting, no telling other players where to go and what to do**
3. **No hard tackling/sliding**
4. **Avoid injuring yourself and other players at all costs: Tight situation? Give up the ball rather them going all in**
5. **Support less fit and less skilled players by giving them the time and space to play the ball, don't intercept passes to and from them. Bonus points: Make them shine!**
6. **Donât dribble past multiple players (trying to take on one player is fine)**
7. **Donât close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.**
8. **Rotate the goalkeeper**
9. **Be a teamplayer**
10. **Come regularly and be reliable with your RSVPs**
AWS Women's User Group Berlin: June Event - AI Agents in Production
**The AWS Womenâs User Group Berlin** is thrilled to invite you to our upcoming meetup sponsored by Storm Reply focused on **Building production-ready AI agents for real-world impact.**
Join us for a deep dive into how to build, observe, and evaluate AI agents at scale. Youâll also see how these ideas come to life in a real-world climate-smart agriculture solution that turns weather forecasts into actionable field guidance. Whether youâre building agentic systems today or planning what comes next, this meetup will give you practical insights into making AI agents work in production.
**Speaker Info**
**Keynote Talk**
**Speaker:** Tetiana Senna
**Position:** Team Lead / Senior Project Manager, Storm Reply
**Talk Title:** Trust, but Verify: Observability and Evaluations for AWS Agents
**Abstract:** Getting an AI agent to work in a demo is easy. Knowing whether it still works in production - after the next prompt change, the next model upgrade, the next edge case - is the hard part. Unit tests don't cover non-deterministic behavior, and manually reviewing a handful of runs doesn't scale.
This talk walks through the two practices that close that gap: observability (understanding what actually happened inside your agent) and evaluation (deciding whether the outcome was any good). We'll dig into Amazon Bedrock AgentCore's Observability and Evaluations capabilities, compare the proven evaluation approaches - built-in LLM-as-a-Judge evaluators for automatic quality monitoring, and custom evaluators for business-specific correctness checks - with a candid look at what each one is good for, where it falls short, and what it costs to run at scale. We'll also take a close look at AgentCore Optimization, AWS's newly previewed feature in this space.
**Applied Agentic AI Talk**
**Speakers:**
**Vidhu Mitra Malladi:** Senior Software Engineer, Yara Digital Farming
**Chamika Hasanthi:** Senior Software Engineer, Yara Digital Farming
**Talk Title:** Weather Risk Intelligence Agent for farmers & Agronomist
Abstract: Unpredictable weather events â heavy rainfall, drought, frost, and heatwaves pose significant risk to crop yield and fertilizer efficiency. While forecast data is widely available, it is rarely translated into timely; field-level guidance farmers can act upon.
Using AWS AgentCore framework and AI capabilities, we can turn weather predictions into clear agronomic actions, supporting climate-smart agriculture at scale.
**You'l learn:**
* Implementation of the solution using AWS Agent Core framework
* Architecture of the project.
đď¸ **Event Details:**

The AWS Womenâs User Group is the very first official women-centric AWS User Group in DACH and EMEA. This group serves as a secure and supportive platform for women who want to share their AWS knowledge, passion for cloud computing and advance their career through targeted learning opportunities.
We extend a warm invitation to FLINTA individuals who are interested in being part of our User Group.
Code of Conduct:
At the AWS Women's User Group in Berlin, we have a strong and unequivocal code of conduct in place to create a safe and empowering environment for all.
Park Workout and Martial Arts
We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence.
Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. The first three Meetups are free of charge. If you'd like to join our group beyond that, we would ask you to join our association, https://yanagi.berlin, a martial arts school based in Berlin. Membership there is 30 EUR/month and you will be able to train three times a week.

How to Start Your Art Collection: Exclusive Visit to Artist Studio
Today we look at the works of an artist who over the past two decades, has built an oeuvre consisting primarily of screen prints on paper and canvas. Prior to that, the artist had worked extensively in photography, filmmaking, and set design. The screenprinting work is informed by architecture - ancient and modern structures, calligraphy, graffiti, handwriting, and the movement of the masses through big metropolises.
Other techniques on paper are included in the visit - from lithography to etching, cyanotype to woodblock printing - and more!
Please note, the studio visit starts promptly at 12:00.
This studio is located on the top floor and has no elevator: you will have to walk four flights of stairs.
Beverages will be served, poetry may be read. The event is hosted on donation basis between âŹ25-35.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR STUDIO VISITS:
Get to know a handful of carefully selected artists who are enhancing, interjecting, and challenging art history through new media, new ideas, and new formats. Every artist builds their own universe, and for one exclusive afternoon, we are welcome into their sacred space of creation. The artist will tell their story and you are free to ask questions, engage in dialogue, and leave feeling inspired - and even with a beautiful new artwork to illuminate your space!

Ask Female Founders: Women* Wanted: How to Pitch to Specialized VC Funds
Only 1% of Venture Capital reaches all-female teams. Nina WĂśss is on a mission to change that.
### Gender-diverse and and all-female startups receive just 9% of all venture capital according to the latest Female Founders Monitor 2025 published by Start-Up Verband Germany and Bertelsmann Stiftung in 2025.
These numbers have not changed much in the last 10 years. New ideas are needed to change a system that is not leveraging all its potential. Creating new specialized venture funds is one solution.
In this session, Nina WĂśssâManaging Partner of the VC Fund F tells us what motivated her to found a venture capital fund specializing in gender-diverse founders only. Fund F writes cheques of up to EUR 600k, acts as lead investor, and brings an active follow-on policyâbacked by a team of entrepreneurs, investors, and operators who provide hands-on support and connections to their portfolio companies.
Nina will also pull back the curtain on how VCs actually think and what they look for. She previously founded the Female Founders Community with 83.000 members all over Europe and is a leading figure in Austriaâs VC Scene.
#### đĄ What you will learn
* What **VC funds in general and Fund F** in particular **looks for in early-stage startups** and how to get on their radar
* Why **gender-diverse teams outperform** all-male teams
* **Concrete steps** you can take today to **strengthen your fundraising position**
This event is brought to you by **SIBB Incubator**, who supports founders building the future of cybersecurity, trustworthy AI, and deep tech.
#### đ§đťâđŤ Speaker

* **Founder** and **Managing Partner** of **Fund F**, Austria's first VC fund specifically for female and gender-diverse founding teams

Etta is passionate about empowering women in tech, helping them turn their ideas into action and leave their unique mark on the world.
#### đŻ Who is this event for
* **Gender diverse teams** and **female founders** who are preparing a **funding round**

Marketing Monday Networking
Monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners. One specific topic, one to three actions you can run this week.
You can be the best at what you do and still be invisible. If local buyers cannot find you, the phone does not ring.
Marketing Monday Lunch + Learn is a monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners focused on building relationships, local networking, and local marketing. Every kind of local business welcome. No pitch round, no pressure, no upsell.
**This month**
Most local businesses pick one or two places to be visible and call it good. The result is inconsistent calls and a feeling that marketing is not working. We will walk through the three places every local business needs to show up, plus the fourth place most owners ignore that quietly produces the warmest leads.
**What to expect**
Doors open at noon. Order lunch and drinks at the cafe counter or bring your own. You get real conversation with other local owners and a focused marketing lesson. You leave knowing people and with one to three actions to run that week. The room is reserved through 1:30 PM.
**Who this is for**
Any local business owner who wants clearer marketing direction and real local relationships. Service businesses, retail, home services, professional services, online owners building local presence, anyone serious about being part of the Columbus business community.
**Not the right fit if**
You are here to pitch the room or recruit for an MLM.
**Details**
* Second Monday of every month
* 12:00 to 1:30 PM
* Good Cafe Easton, 4400 Easton Commons, Ste 150, Columbus, OH 43219
* Order lunch and drinks at the counter when you arrive
* Free to attend, RSVP required, space is limited

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Learning from Everyday Data
**Practical Curiosity: Learning from Everyday Data**
How do we actually get better at utilizing our day-to-day data? Fancy dashboards and complex models might look nice and draw attention, but thatâs not where most of us spend our time. In fact those shiny outputs frequently sit unused, while the real insights are drawn from the analystâs daily practice.
Sometimes itâs as simple and as powerful as noticing that a segment is shrinking, a channel is underused, or certain links keep getting all the clicks. Thereâs many different places that the spark of insight can come from, but you have to keep your head in the data and know where to look.
In this session, weâll explore real-world examples of how segmentation, testing, and click behavior can uncover practical digital marketing opportunities. Youâll leave with inspiration for your own use cases, along with a few simple ways to ask better questions, spot meaningful patterns, and make smarter decisions without overcomplicating it.
**About Our Speaker:**
[Elaine Armbruster](https://www.linkedin.com/in/elainearmbruster/) is a Director of Digital Experience at the [American Diabetes Association](https://diabetes.org/), where she focuses on using data and insights to create smarter, more effective digital experiences. A lifelong Columbus resident, she has built her career in email marketing and the broader digital user journey, and is finding she most enjoys working in the messy middle where systems, data, and big ideas donât quite line up yet.
