**âAbstract:** Nearly every cancer diagnosis still begins with a pathologist examining a stained tissue slide under a microscope. Digital pathology turns those slides into gigapixel images â and with them, a uniquely demanding frontier for machine learning. But getting from raw pixels to clinically meaningful, quantitative insight about a tumor and its microenvironment is far from trivial.
âIn this workshop, Aignostics â a computational pathology company and CharitĂ© spin-off â walks you along the arc from core ML research to real-world application. We start with an overview of digital pathology and what makes it challenging for ML (gigapixel images, scarce labels, scanner and staining variability). We then look at how pathology foundation models are built and what separates a good one from a fragile one â not just accuracy, but robustness to non-biological artifacts â with a short hands-on segment. Finally, we put these models to work: with Atlas H&E-TME we profile the tumor microenvironment from routine H&E slides, and you'll get hands-on with OpenTME â an open dataset of TME profiles across five cancer types from TCGA â and TME Studio to run your own analyses.

Zu Beginn der Veranstaltung gibt es einen kurzen Impulsvortrag; Thema diesmal: Wie du als Unternehmer in die Sichtbarkeit mit Reels kommst.
In einem kurzen Impuls gibt Moderator Oliver Gehrmann ein paar Einblicke in die Möglichkeiten, dem eigenen Business mit Hilfe von Kurzvideos ("Reels") auf Plattformen, wie YouTube, Instagram und TikTok zu mehr Sichtbarkeit zu verhelfen.
Wir gehen auf Fragen ein, welches Equipment benötigt wird, worĂŒber man als Unternehmer am besten spricht und welchen Effekt man sich letzten Endes wirklich davon erhoffen kann.

â**Founders Running Club** (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking.
âEvery Saturday morning we gather together and run through Tiergarten.
Join us in one of these 3 routes:
â\* **5K** â for new & beginner runners
â\* **7K** â for regular runners
â\* **11K** â for more experienced runners
**OBS**: We are usually around 30 people, between regulars and newcomers (from here and from Luma), so don't be scared if there are not a lot of people confirmed on the event here.
The pace is chill and conversational, around **6:30**.
On the 7k and 11k some people like to push a bit more, but no one gets left behind.
We finish with a nice coffee and amazing conversations.
The vibe is always great.
