Yin Yoga & Cacao Evening 🤍 Come join us for a really nice, slow evening to unwind, let go of stress, and just take a bit of time for yourself. We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften. We’ll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations… just space to be. I’ll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it — to clear your head, let go of anything that’s been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside. ✨ €25 What to bring: – A yoga mat – A journal + pen or paper * a cup that holds 200ml for the cacao This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours. ### ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares? Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado aparecido, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberadora imagen de solución. ### ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “Create a better world” by helping serve those in need. NOTE: We’re switching it up this time and going with a DINNER shift on Mon, 7/6. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for DINNER from 4:30 to 6:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 4:20pm and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking are available in the surrounding area. **Pagans on the Patio! Summer/Fall Series** A casual gathering the first Thursday of each month. Time to relax, meet new people, and reconnect with old friends. There is no charge for the event itself and all are welcome but there are a few guidelines: 1. **You are expected to purchase food and/or drink to compensate the Cantina and our server.** 2. **No soliciting. Do not bring samples of your wares or brochures of your services.** 3. **Please respect the spiritual and political views of others that are present.
