šš¬ PASSENGER (FILM & SOCIAL)
š **Damn, those horrific tragedies that unleash such an implacable demonic stalker. But why is it so impossible to outrun?**
š **Whatās going on guys!** Once again, we find ourselves right in the middle of bloody May, carving into another horror film. This time, weāre going into overdrive with a new tragedy horror by **AndrĆ© Ćvredal**āalready stirring quite a buzz on Reddit, with claims it explores elements of body horror.
If youāre familiar with his previous work, this will come as no surprise, as **[The Autopsy of Jane Doe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNxsaFCzqxc)** and **[Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlya92LZqZw)** also explore elements of body horror, though in different ways. Both are well regarded in the horror community, so excitement for this one is pretty high.
Most of the plot is being kept under wraps, but the vibe points to a suffocating, tense loop, following a couple caught in a harrowing car accident and pursued by a demonic stalker that seems impossible to escape. So letās park outside that awful congestion zone.
So, it's Sunday drinks at the **Victory House Wine Bar** from **5:30pm**. Then at **6:30pm** will be on our way to **Vue Cinema (Screen 2)** where you'll find me in seat **A4**, but you can pick what works for you.
After the film we'll regroup once again for our commentary, **[Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse/)** review & social at the W Bar. And, you will find the **full schedule breakdown, ticket info and addresses below**, so don't miss out.
One would expect some sort of break after a shocking accidentā¦but donāt count on it.
**See you guys then,**

ā¹ļø Greenwich Park is said to be the most historic of all Londonās Royal Parks.
The National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory and Queen's House are situated in its grounds.
The park was originally owned by the Abbey of St. Peter at Ghent. In 1427 its ownership reverted to the crown, and Henry VI gave the park to his uncle, the Duke of Gloucester.
With a stunning view of Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs, and a rich history within its 183 acres, there is plenty to explore within Greenwich Park.

šWine Under the Moonlight With Starry Music & Planetgazingšš½
šEver look up and marvel with insatiable curiosity at the beauty and wonder of the **universe?** That wild sobering thought that somewhere in the chaos of creation - through the emergence of us - the universe became **conscious** enough to look back in time and not just ask the existential questions, but try to answer them.
š Join fellow big picture thinker dreamers to take a look at **Venus,** **Jupiter** along with planet's potential lifeāharbouring **moons**, iconic beautiful **star fields**, the remnants of supernovae witnessed by our earliest ancestors, **multiāstar systems** reminiscent of the twin suns of *Star Wars* and even **Tau Ceti**, a star hosting two Earthālike worlds in its habitable zone.
As we await for skies to darken - we will **kick off with drinks, tunes and engaging conversation** and goodānatured banter in the park (feel free to bring blankets to sit on). In between observing - we'll have **drinks and engaging chats** on all astronomy related topics for those inclined: Space exploration \| Fermi Paradox \| Astrobiology \| Cosmology \| paleontology\, \| SETI & Drake Equation for alien civilisations estimates \| exoplanetology etc as well as non space chats and banter too\. No doubt we'll hear the usual jokes we've all heard before\! If those don't make you laugh\, my impersonation of Los Angeles ET will\! š½
And to help set the mood and make the night feel even extra stary,
Iāll put my DJ hat to play some spaceātheme tunes and songs about the stars!
You don't need a telescope as you will be able to view through scopes belonging to me and other club members (as long as you behave responsibly and don't temper with expensive equipment). If you have your own telescope/binoculars feel free to bring along and I can help you setting it up if you're a newbie
**==== ITINERARY =====**
We will meet outside H&I Station in Highbury Islington. After a short wait for anyone delayed, I will escort everyone to our observation point in the local park 5 minutes walk away and brief you in terms of what to expect, observing etiquette, tips, equipment handling and take any questions you have - weather general or astronomy/cosmology related.
**After Drinks:** Unless I have a very important 9AM Tue deadline for a unfinished client presentation or something - most of us usually head to a cosy bar for a drink. If so - I will annouce the pub when we leave the park
**==== What Can You Expect To See (this time of year)? ====**
* Orion Nebula
* Jupiter and 4 moons
* Meteors
* Andromedia Galaxy
* Star clusters such as the Pleiades & Owl Cluster etc
* International Space station fly by
* Binary & tripple star systems (think planet *Tatooine in* Starwars!),

Our walks are social walks, where the emphasis is on meeting new people, enjoying nature, healthy exercise, and fresh air. Our walks are not interrupted with running commentaries or historical lectures, although occasionally features of significance may be pointed out. As such our walks will be continuous with few stops and it is your responsibilty to keep walkers ahead in view and to follow the direction of the walk. We always end the walk at a pub where the socialising can continue.

Free In-Person Meeting: Get Over Losses & Betrayals, Build Lasting Relationships
This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to āpin the blameā on someone or something. If you donāt find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, donāt know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe youāve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships!
Break free from self imposed limitations
Here we will discuss:
⢠How to āeraseā the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isnāt always repeating past mistakes.
⢠Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you?
⢠Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it?
⢠Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love?
⢠Fights & arguments - what's really behind them?
⢠What underlies ācorrosive criticismā or the need to invalidate self or others?
⢠How one can stably change oneās outlook on life so they can affect positive change?
⢠Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them?
⢠How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about?
⢠How to enhance oneās own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or oneās career?
Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general.
Learn where painful experiences are āstoredā and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can āeraseā those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become ātoxicā personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you wonāt be tripped up trusting the wrong person.
Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life.
We look forward to having you join us!
