**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions. Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next.

Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado apareciendo, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberada imagen de solución. \#\#\# ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? Parece una obsesión de primavera con esta comarca, pero la verdad es que es una zona espectacular, muy poco frecuentada y de gran valor geológico. Y ya sabes que me gusta cuando no nos encontramos a nadie por el sendero. Perdida en la mezcla de impresionantes pliegues de sedimentos modelados por el movimiento tectónico y pulidos por la acción erosiva del agua, la serra de Santa Fe sabe que la altitud no es el único modo de destacar. Su punta oriental, coronada por la ermita con el mismo nombre, sobresale bella y firme como la proa de un barco cortando el mar a su alrededor. Cambios brutales de vegetación de una vertiente a la otra, flores de mil colores y rapaces sobrevolando nuestros caminos. Aquí nuestra querida heroína, el agua, lleva millones de años de trabajo con paciencia y regularidad. Y a pesar de las expectativas, lo sigue haciendo. Iremos a descubrir un mágico rincón de cascadas alegres y pequeños jacuzzis naturales donde las ninfas toman su té de hierbas.
