Join me and our trip participants for a training hike: Meet/End: Bukit Timah Nature Reserve entrance (at the rock) Distance: \~7km Duration: \~ 2hours **Ruck It Up** Rucking is simply walking/hiking with a weighted pack on your back. Rucking builds muscle and strength while improving cardio & endurance and well… burn up more calories! A day pack of +/-5kg will be a good start, or more for that multi-day trek. Loading up is optional; especially if you may have any health or medical restrictions. **NOTE:** * Come in comfortable hiking attire and trail shoes * Waterproof your items and be rain-equipped (rain cover, rain jacket, poncho, umbrella, etc.) * Bring water to stay hydrated (at least 1L) * May bring hiking poles (optional) * In case of Cat 1 (bad weather); any change of plans will be announced 3 hours before hike * Route may change according to weather conditions *The 'Waitlist' may not go in order, as we reserve the right to prioritise the spots for our trip participants who are training for our upcoming treks. **For ages 10 and above.** This class works on the highest level of physical conditioning, or “fight conditioning”, in a no-contact setting (ie. no sparring). The address is as follows;Oxley bizhub 1, Blk 65 Ubi road 1 #04-27 S(408729) [Directions](Drivers) 1) way one- Entering the building if you can find the ramp up, head to level 4.- Turn right once you exit- Follow the road (your car would across a bridge)- once across, head straight till the lift lobby- you should see a glass door to your left. Exit car & walk down the corridor till you find the "wooden door" (refer pic) 2) way 2- Entering building you head down basement- park & find blk 65 ( yellow colored)- head up either of the lifts- look for the wooden door (see pic), it is right in the middle of the corridor. (BMW aka Bus Mrt Walk)1) Way one- take mrt to Tai Seng- find exit B- once you see the light of day, turn right & keep walking straight till you are at the traffic light- you should see OXLEY BIZHUB logo on the building diagonally across you. Hi all, join us for an easy pace social run (30mins for 4-5km, or 60 mins +/- for 8-10km) and breakfast. We have various pace groups from 6.30 to 7.30min/km. Here’s the plan for the day: \- 7:00 AM: Meet at Hillview MRT \(DT3\) Exit A for our run \(bag drop available\)\. 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️Out n back run along Rail Corridor\. \~8:00 AM: Head to Springleaf Prata Place @ The Rail Mall for breakfast. Route: Hillview MRT EXIT A ➝ Dairy Farm Nature Park ➝ Bukit Timah Summit ➝ 2-3 Staircase Loops ➝ Beauty World Shopping Centre for lunch. **Date: 15th March 2026 (Sun)** **Meeting Time: 8 am** **Meeting point: Hillview MRT Exit A** **Your Leader in Fitness: Gary** Join us for a practical endurance training session designed to build back strength, overall stamina, and backpack carrying efficiency, perfect for those preparing for long-distance hikes and treks. We will tackle a mix of trail and stair climbs to simulate the kind of effort and strain experienced during multi-day hikes. This session focuses on consistency, not speed, ideal for beginners and experienced hikers alike who want to train smart. 🧳 What to Bring: *Backpack (with at least 5-7kg weight to simulate real conditions) - Minimum 1.5L of water *Light snacks or energy bars - Towel/small cloth *Rain gear or poncho (weather dependent) - Proper hiking shoes *Sunscreen and cap - EZ-Link card / small cash for lunch Note: Train smart. This is not a race. The goal is to develop strength and endurance through consistent effort and mindful pacing. Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
