Amita will teach you the ancient secrets for correcting the most common imbalances. You will gain an understanding of Ayurvedic remedies for hair thinning, hair balding, premature greying, scalp psoriasis and dandruff. In addition to the theoretical lessons and teachings, you and Amita will practice the external applications of hair treatments using various Ayurvedic products. This class will be hands-on, so that we can guide you on the correct dosage, mixing, and methods.
After this class, you will learn how to preserve, protect and nourish your hair for life, without the use of chemicals and costly treatments.

Fairway Friends – Opening Round
## Fairway Friends Opening Round – Herndon Centennial
Join us for the **first Fairway Friends – NoVA meetup round** at **Herndon Centennial Golf Course**.
Fairway Friends is a relaxed golf group for **gay and bi men over 40 in Northern Virginia and the DMV** who enjoy playing golf, meeting good people, and getting outside during the week.
For our opening meetup we’ll play **18 holes** and get to know each other on the course. This isn’t a golf instruction group — just a group of guys who enjoy the game and good company.
All skill levels are welcome!
The goal is simple: play golf, meet like-minded guys, and build a small group that enjoys getting together regularly.
**Course:** Herndon Centennial Golf Course
**Format:** 18 holes
**Tee Time:** Around 8:30–9:00 AM (final time will be posted once we see how many are playing)
If you're interested, RSVP and we’ll coordinate tee times as we get closer to the date.
Looking forward to the first round.
Fairfax Bible Study MeetUp (FBSM) This Saturday - Come Join Us!
Hello Everybody!
Join us this Saturday at 11 AM at the Fairfax Wegmans as we continue our Bible study and discussions.
Recently, we've been studying the "types" (patterns or pictures) of Jesus in the Old Testament in chronological order starting with creation. We will go all the way to David as a type of Jesus the King.
As anyone who's attended before knows, we have open discussions. Our goal is always to grow in our love, knowledge, and relationship with Jesus and to have fellowship.
We invite the presence of the Holy Spirit as we meet together and we've had some great conversations and revelations. Please join us as we continue our Bible study and prayers.
God bless you all,
Mihail

Simply Social - Reston
We had a great conversation the last time we went here. For everyone attending this was a new find, a cafe tucked away on the upper level, not immediately noticeable by the average visitor to this shopping center. I’ll probably have a matcha, but get whatever you like, and start the weekend off right.
(No discussions on politics, religion or potentially controversial topics. We're here to relax and have fun. Just be respectful and we'll be alright. Pay your own way, and enjoy!)
