This class is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit so that the practitioner can come to know their true selves. This term, we have a special series of classes focuses more deeply on the chakra system where we spend some time reflection on these energy centres of the body in an effort to achieve more balance in our lives. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, it includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures) a focus on the energy centres of the body (chakra system) and finishes with a 15 minute relaxation (Savasana). Come join me as we venture on a 3rd guided tour of the Crypt of St. Mary's Pro-Cathedral in Dublin. It serves as the burial place for Roman Catholic Archbishops of Dublin, with a history spanning over 100 years. It notably houses the remains of Cardinal Paul Cullen, who died in 1878 and was moved to the Pro-Cathedral following the sale of Clonliffe College in 2021. **Location:** The Pro-Cathedral is located on Marlborough Street in Dublin city centre **Cost:** I will collect €10 per person before the tour. **Meeting:** **Outside its front doors at 1.40pm.** **Time of tour: 2pm-3.30pm** While the cathedral was built as a 'temporary' arrangement in 1825, the crypt functions as a permanent resting place for prominent Dublin clergy. The good was forsaken for the best. Jesus still calls--"Come, follow Me." Are we willing to give up *whatever* it takes to follow Jesus? Will we lay down our pride and our veneer of self-sufficiency and recognize that we are sinners who need a Savior? Are we willing to sacrifice the things the world says will bring us happiness and pleasure for the sake of what is greatest and what will bring true joy?
