Spiritual Conversations Dublin
Spiritual Conversations Dublin
This Meetup was created as a sacred place for those who feel called to explore consciousness, spirituality, personal growth, and the deeper aspects of who we are. We come together every two weeks not for casual socializing, but to connect with depth, presence, and authenticity. Everyone’s perspective is welcome here without judgement. My intention for this gathering is to be conscious and deliberate—like a living container that supports us all in being seen, heard, and understood. This space may not be for everyone—and that’s okay. If you’re looking for light social banter or casual networking, this group may not resonate with you. But if you feel called to walk into a space where people speak from the heart, share with honesty, and lean into spiritual exploration with wonder and sovereignty—then you’re in the right place. We don’t always know where the conversation will flow—but we trust the current. And every time, it brings us to understanding each other from a deeper level. If this resonates then I look forward to sharing this space with you. ***All are welcome and facilities are wheelchair friendly
Your holiday hacks!
Your holiday hacks!
Hello TEDheads! It's holiday season!!! How do you like to travel? What do you do to holiday well? Bring your ideas. Let's explore how to holiday and travel well. Bring your holiday hacks, watch the videos for some inspiration, and let's level-up our holiday game together. ***Please watch the following TED talks if you can :)*** *** # ★ **Talk #1:** [Traveling without money, how and why](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXjped_8aIY) ``` In this talk, delivered in English, Edouard Jacqmin shares his experience of traveling across Europe without money for 21 days and discusses how the journey changed his perspective on human relationships. Most of us dream of traveling, yet many believe we can’t because we lack the funds. At the age of 24, I traveled through Eastern Europe for 21 days without spending a single cent. One day, I emptied my wallet and decided to hit the road. Traveling across five different countries, I learned four lessons during this incredible adventure that we can all apply to our daily lives. ``` https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXjped_8aIY # ★ **Resource # 2:** [The Value of Travel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYXiegTXsEs&t=25s) \| Rick Steves After spending 4 months a year for the last 30 years living out of a suitcase, Rick Steves reflects on the value of thoughtful travel. Sharing lessons learned from Iran to El Salvador and from India to Denmark, Steves tells why spending all that time and money away from home has broadened his perspective, enriched his life, and made it clear to him, as he says in his talk, "Fear is for people who don't get out very much." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYXiegTXsEs&t=25s **Please note the following:** We want to provide a space for those who are curious about life, enjoy TED Talks, and want to share their findings with others. Please join us as we consider this topic, **Wednesday, July 1 at 7:15pm.** Newcomers are most welcome! Hoping to see you there. (Please sign up only if you really intend to attend). NOTE: We ask for a **4 Euro contribution** on the night to cover costs. Thank you.

sudiviz: X-ray Vision for Your Cloud Infrastructure
Ever wondered what your AWS infrastructure actually looks like right now - not what your diagram says, but what's really running? In this talk, you'll learn how to use sudiviz, a free open-source Python CLI, to visualise your live AWS topology as an interactive graph, automatically detect misconfigurations and orphan resources, and fix them with a single command. We'll walk through the internals too - how boto3, NetworkX, FastAPI, and Cytoscape.js together to turn raw AWS API responses into something you can actually understand at a glance. Whether you manage cloud infrastructure day-to-day or just want to see how a practical Python tool gets built, there's something here for you. **🎯 Target Audience** * Cloud / DevOps engineers wanting visibility into live AWS infrastructure * Platform & SRE teams tackling drift, orphan resources, and misconfigurations * Solutions architects minding the gap between diagrams and reality * Python developers curious how the CLI is built (boto3, NetworkX, FastAPI, Cytoscape.js) * Open-source enthusiasts seeking free tooling to use or contribute to * Tech leads / managers evaluating tools to boost visibility and cut risk * Learning-by-example developers wanting real-world Python backend + interactive graph **📍 Event Details** **Location:** The Gamer Club, Glasgow **Venue Info:** A purpose-built basement venue for tech meetups — includes console lounge, arcade, kitchen/bar, PCs, projector, and gigabit internet. 💡 BYOB welcome \| Free tea & coffee available **Directions:** [https://www.thegamerclub.co.uk/gettinghere](https://www.thegamerclub.co.uk/gettinghere) **Date:** 2026-07-01 **Time:** 18:30 **Timezone:** Europe/London **🎥 Streaming** We aim to stream this talk live here: 👉 [Watch on YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@PythonScotland/streams) **📬 Contact** If you have questions, get in touch: 📧 organisers@python.scot **💬 Matrix Chat** Matrix is an open, secure chat platform for communities and collaboration. Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
From the moment sin entered the world, death began. Adam and Eve were not stricken dead immediately, but the process by which none of us lives forever in health and wholeness in these earthly bodies started its inexorable march to the inevitable end—death. The Bible makes it clear that by one man’s sin, death came to all mankind, but that by the obedience of One Perfect Man, Jesus, many are made righteous (Romans 5:19). F.F. Bosworth recognized this truth; he also would have people consider that the God Who provided for our greatest need—salvation from eternal death—would also provide healing for the lesser, but still great needs, of health and healing from sickness, disease, and the consequences of sin that we encounter before we die. Join us as we examine the case for biblical healing in the book first published in 1924, ***Christ The Healer*. Was It Something I Said? Columbus, Ohio
"People will forget what you say, they will forget what you do, but they will never forget how you make them feel." Maya Angelou, referencing a previous statement by Carl Buehner, summarized what humans have long realized to be true--that *how* we communicate with one another matters--that our manners, our behaviors, our etiquette impact those around us, which impacts us in return. Warm, friendly, and helpful, former lawyer, public policy worker, television news reporter, and national nonprofit director, Alison Cheperdak wants to encourage each of us to elevate our communication and interactions with others and bring a greater sense of kindness, respect, graciousness, and class to our world. Columbus: Luke 5
Columbus: Luke 5
"...they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed Him." Luke 5:11 Many people often think of following after Jesus in terms of what He provides--His good, kind gifts of with which He blesses His children. Not so the first disciples--when Jesus demonstrated His power as God over the seas by procuring boats overflowing with fish, the response of the fisherman was firstly an acknowledgement of their own sinfulness, and secondly, and immediate abandonment of their livelihoods to follow Jesus. The good was forsaken for the best. Jesus still calls--"Come, follow Me." Are we willing to give up *whatever* it takes to follow Jesus? Will we lay down our pride and our veneer of self-sufficiency and recognize that we are sinners who need a Savior? Are we willing to sacrifice the things the world says will bring us happiness and pleasure for the sake of what is greatest and what will bring true joy? Come study Luke 5 with us, **Sunday morning, August 23, 2026 at 10 am, True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center**! We look forward to seeing you there!!
