If you've been dreaming about split for long time - I am helping for men and women to become closer to their goals, following personally developed set of exercises that are combining gymnastics, dance and pilates for working on your muscle strength and endurance. Restoring and improving joints mobility.
2. Flexibility - prevention of future injuries (a stretched body is injury-resistant and is not afraid to take an uncomfortable position);
