Morning **1h meditation** and sound healing practice at sunrise! The meditation takes place in nature to collect clean morning energy in the Oberlaa park. **Usui-Reiki** is an ancient Japanese energy healing therapy, often also called "touch therapy", designed to minimise stress and promote relaxation. It works by transferring universal energy from a practitioner to a client to facilitate healing on an emotional, and spiritual basis.
