La Meditación Budista calma la turbulencia de la mente y nos permite moldearla para así llevarla a estados de conciencia mas sublimes. Durante las clases tomamos turnos entre enseñando dos prácticas de meditación esenciales, la metta bhavana o el desarrollo del amor incondicional y el seguimiento de la respiración (mindfulness) o el cultivo de la atención plena. También ofrecemos una breve charla de 15 minutos sobre un aspecto del budismo. Estas clases son una excelente manera de probar la meditación. No hace falta reservar. Growing up in a family that loved to travel and explore music, art, and culture from around the world shaped a huge part of who I am today. That passion led me to study World Arts and Cultures at Santa Monica College and UCLA, with a focus on ethnomusicology and global movement traditions. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to dance in films, TV shows, arenas, and music videos for artists such as CNCO, Pee Wee, Jon Z, Eladdio, YBN Nahmir, Happy Singh, and Midnight Sister. I was also featured dancing flamenco in *Little Fockers*, the third film in the *Meet the Parents* series. As a teacher, I’ve taught at studios across Los Angeles, including SoHo Dance and Liz Lira Dance Academy, where I spent seven years teaching under my mentor in Culver City. In 2023, I moved to Barcelona to follow my deep love for Bachata Sensual and continue growing as an artist, performer, and teacher. I’ve taught and performed at the Vancouver Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba Festival, as well as the Los Angeles Hustle Congress, where I taught and performed Latin Burlesque. I also had the unforgettable experience of performing for more than 50,000 people with the band Quitapenas at the Los Angeles Afro Latino Dance Festival in Grand Park, DTLA. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. **Porque remar junt@s siempre se siente mejor.** Una vez al mes nos encontramos para algo muy simple y muy especial: remar junt@s, sin prisa, disfrutando del mar y de su energía. Un espacio para desconectar de la rutina, respirar aire salado y dejar que el cuerpo fluya con cada remada. Remar en compañía transforma completamente la experiencia: se crea conexión, complicidad y una energía compartida que no se vive igual en solitario. No se trata de hacerlo perfecto, sino de disfrutar del camino, del agua y del momento. Un pequeño ritual mensual para volver al mar, a tu cuerpo y a la calma. La clase tiene una duración de 1 h y se realiza en las instalaciones de la escuela de Surf y SUP Blue Salt School, en la plataforma marítima del Forum, al lado de la playa de Llevant. Para esta clase solo tienes que traer ropa cómoda (y que se pueda mojar, por si acaso...), ropa de cambio, toalla y crema del sol. La tabla, el remo y la instructora cualificada esta incluida en tu clase.
