It is a precise way to decipher what we see: Drawing asks us to really understand the logic of what we see, to develop a calm hand, a precise gaze, and a logical understanding of shapes and shades. **Sequence of each session:** 1. We will start by a full-body warm-up exercise... 2. ...followed by a concentration meditation where we practice the skill of guiding our hand to do what our minds want. 3.
