ALL YOU CAN CREATE
ALL YOU CAN CREATE
**ALL YOU CAN CREATE** is the perfect offer for anyone who wants to be creative without committing to just one technique. Inspired by the "All You Can Eat" principle, you can try out and combine different creative workshops all day long, setting your own pace. Whether painting, crafting, embroidering, or decorating – at **All You Can Create,** your creativity takes center stage. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of **creative techniques** and realize your own projects. This program is suitable for both beginners and experienced creative individuals. You don't need to be perfect at anything – the only important thing is that you enjoy creating something. ### What can you do at All You Can Create? **Decoding** involves decorating everyday objects like picture frames, cases, mirrors, jewelry boxes, etc., with a creamy paste and playful details. This technique is particularly popular because it delivers quick, visible results and leaves plenty of room for imagination. **Coloring** allows you to relax and fully concentrate on colors and shapes. Whether using templates or freehand designs, coloring helps you unwind and is ideal for creative breaks between other projects **.** When **designing jewelry,** you create your own accessories. Whether bracelets, necklaces, or earrings – here you can combine colors, shapes, and materials to create something personal. **Punch needle** offers a relaxing textile technique where you create textured patterns and small works of art using yarn and a needle. This technique is easy to learn and ideal for beginners. We also **offer nail services** . For hygiene reasons, we ask that you bring your **own nail file and nail polish** . ### A rule like at an all-you-can-eat event. Just like with "All You Can Eat," there's only **one important rule at All You Can Create** : **You must complete your project.** If a project appears incomplete, an **additional fee of 10 CHF** will be charged. This rule helps ensure that the creative space is used fairly for everyone and motivates participants to consciously complete their projects. ### When does All You Can Create take place? **Between 13:00 and 17:00** ### Who is All You Can Create for? **For everyone!** Children, teenagers, and adults are all welcome. All You Can Create is ideal for anyone who wants to unwind, be creative, try new things, and create something without pressure. Whether alone, with friends, or as a creative break – here you'll find space for ideas and inspiration.

Punch Needle - only in ZĂźrich
Punch Needle - only in ZĂźrich
**Kawaii Punch Needle Workshop** In this Punch Needle workshop, you'll transform simple threads into unique works of art. Punch Needle is a modern yet relaxing embroidery technique where loops are created in the fabric using a special needle. This results in textured, soft surfaces and impressive patterns. This workshop offers the perfect opportunity to learn Punch Needle or to bring your creative ideas to life – no prior experience necessary. At the beginning of the Punch Needle workshop, you'll receive an introduction to the basics of the technique . I'll explain step by step how the punch needle works, which materials are used, and what you should pay attention to while stitching. You'll learn how to guide the thread correctly, create even loops, and neatly execute your design. The calm, repetitive movement of punch needle is particularly relaxing and perfect for unwinding from everyday life. In the workshop, you have two creative options to choose from. The first option is to select an **existing template** . These designs are especially suitable for beginners and guide you step-by-step through the embroidery process. You can concentrate fully on the technique and learn how to create a punch needle artwork from start to finish. The second option is for those who want to unleash their own creativity. You can **design your own pattern** and then embroider it yourself. Whether simple shapes, patterns, lettering, or a free-form motif – you decide what you want to create. Here, too, you will receive individual guidance and support in planning and executing your design. Throughout the entire Punch Needle workshop, you will receive personal, step-by-step guidance . It's important to me that all participants feel comfortable and can work without pressure. Questions are always welcome, and I'll help you find solutions if something doesn't work right away. The goal is to work with enjoyment and create a result you can be proud of. All materials are included in the workshop . You'll receive the punch needle, fabric, frame, and a selection of threads in various colors. You don't need to bring anything except your creativity and enthusiasm for crafting. At the end of the workshop, you'll take your hand-stitched artwork home – ideal as a decoration or a personal gift. **How long?** **Max 2 hours, come anytime between 14:00 and 20:00. Please message me if you are coming any time after 14:00.** **For whom?** The Punch Needle Workshop is **suitable for everyone** . Both children and adults are welcome. The course is aimed at beginners, but creative people with some experience can also gather new ideas and refine their technique. Punch Needle is easy to learn and offers quick results, which makes the workshop particularly motivating. If you feel like trying something new, unwinding creatively and creating a work of art with your hands, this Punch Needle Workshop is just right for you.

Envision Feelings on Canvas: Your Safe Space in Color
[Tickets for this event are sold via eventfrog](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/wellness/envision-feelings-on-canvas-your-safe-space-in-color-7424100423378689785.html) Envision Feelings on Canvas is a guided, embodied workshop that invites participants to reconnect with a personal sense of safety and calm through meditation, gentle movement, and intuitive painting. The experience begins by slowing down. **Through soft breathing techniques, guided meditation, and intuitive movement, participants are gently supported in settling both body and mind into a meditative state**. From here, they are invited to imagine and explore an inner space where they feel grounded, safe, and at ease. This process encourages deep listening to the body and emotions, allowing thoughts, sensations, and feelings to naturally arise without judgment. From this calm, reflective state, **participants translate their inner experience onto canvas. With the guidance of an instructor, they are introduced to simple painting techniques and fundamental concepts of color, shape, and composition.** The focus is not on technical perfection, but on expression and intention, learning how visual elements can communicate emotion, mood, and atmosphere. No prior experience is needed. **You do not need to have painted or meditated before**. The entire process is gently guided step by step, and all necessary materials are provided. Participants are fully supported throughout the workshop. The result is a deeply personal artwork that becomes a visual anchor to this inner safe space. A painting you can return to at any time, using color and form as a reminder of calm, safety, and presence. **Each participant takes home their finished 30 × 40 cm canvas, a tangible reflection of their inner experience.** [Tickets for this event are sold via eventfrog](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/wellness/envision-feelings-on-canvas-your-safe-space-in-color-7424100423378689785.html)

February Book Club Meetup
February Book Club Meetup
Welcome, readers! Our February read is **_1984 by George Orwell._** In 1984, George Orwell imagines a world where the government watches everyone, rewrites reality, and punishes even private thoughts. Winston Smith dares to question this system, believing that truth and love might still exist. His rebellion draws him into a chilling struggle against a power that knows him better than he knows himself. The novel leaves readers asking whether freedom is possible when reality itself can be controlled. Looking forward to discussing with everyone! We will meet at Zaftig Brewing Co in their event room in the back. We are welcome to bring in our own food, but **drinks must be purchased at the bar.** Happy reading! 📖
