During this **8-hour co-working event**, you'll have the opportunity to work on your project, ask for feedback, offer help to others, and if you wish, share your achievements at the end of the day.
**Please Note**: While HSBXL has multiple rooms for various purposes, this coworking event is taking place in the main room. It's important to note that online meetings should be avoided during this event to prevent noise disturbance and to maintain a conducive work environment for everyone.
\#\#\# What the day will look like:

2\. Work Session: Dive into your project\, seek assistance\, and collaborate with others\.
3\. Sharing Session: Optional\, but encouraged\! Share what you've worked on\, your challenges\, and triumphs\.

Blood on the clock tower | Sects & Violets
**Please update your attendance if you can not join as this game as we need to know the exact number of players.**
We'll be playing the Sects & Violets. I'm not experienced with storytelling this script so bear with me!
Intervals Workout Session đđ»ââïžđđŒââïžđđ» Bois de la Cambre
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter.
Program:
15â warm up
**To be defined**
Cool down to get back to the starting point⊠or more
S=All out sprint
RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed)
CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold)
J = Jog, recuperation
Notes:
It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point.
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

From there, we will dive into the Sonian Forest (ForĂȘt de Soignes), walking under the canopy of the majestic beech cathedrals. The path will lead us gently downhill towards the historic Rouge CloĂźtre (Red Closter), a 14th-century Augustinian priory nestled on the edge of the forest.

đ Getting Home
The walk ends at Rouge CloĂźtre. From there, it is a short 10-15 minute walk to Herrmann-Debroux metro station (Line 5), Bus and Trams stops, which connects you easily back to the city center.

See you on the trail! đłâš
NEW TIME-- 6 PM!! Deep Conversation-- Question Chosen in Session
Welcome to our weekly event in the upstairs room of The Sister Café, rue Chair et Pain 3, one block from the Grand Place. Please get there early enough to order your drink at the bar first. Thank you!
After introductions we will collect questions from the group participants, choose one by voting then discuss it for an hour. Then most of us stay for drinks and bizarre conversations.
Past questions have been wide and not confined to academic philosophy:
What is a genuine friend?
Is social media turning us into emotional zombies?
Do we lose some of the experience of things by defining them?
Are we driven by sex?
Is loneliness a personal failure?
Is morality relative?
**Crucially, be kind and respectful and generous** in your disagreements; remember how much you personally enjoy someone else proving you wrong before celebrating your cutting counterexamples.

Family Constellations Circle in Brussels - February (half day format)
This is an open Circle for anyone and open to constellate on any subject. It's a good way to get started if you've been wanting to see what Constellations is all about. We will start with some bodywork exercises and then there will be time for three Constellations on any topic.
âA Constellation is a means for accessing the timeless map you hold within, linking the past to the present and the present to the future. It's a tool to find the origin of the problems we face today such as repeated patterns, blockages, relationship difficulties or health concerns, to name a few, and has the power to reveal hidden dynamics not visible to the normal eye. Then a healing exchange takes place and steps are taken to free you from the past and put you on a road to freedom, understanding and authenticity for your future.
âThere are two ways to participate, either as a participant or Space Holder in the Circle or to bring a topic to constellate as an Issue Holder, which is limited to three places. Although one person will bring a subject to constellate, everyone participates. A Constellation is a Healing Circle for all who attend.
â
Price for Space Holders: 45 Euros (12 spots)
Price for Issue Holders: 145 Euros (3 spots)
âDate: Sunday, February 8th
âTime: 3:00 to 7:00 pm
Location: Shanti Home: Rue Darwin 8, Brussels 1190 (Forest)
â\*There are three spots available for Constellations. Contact me if you'd like to reserve one of these spots.
\*Spots are limited for both roles to ensure enough space in the room, although the room is very spacious.
*Modified price for students or if you are unemployed. Write me if this is your case.â*Payment must be made beforehand. You can register either to the following account or pay by credit card or PayPal by following the link to the website.

Azure CBUS February: Build Your Own MCP Server
### Tools in your AI's Toolbox : An introduction to MCP Servers
The generative AI revolution has unlocked unprecedented capabilities, but the next frontier is agency: empowering models to interact with, query, and act upon the world. The current challenge is the âN x M integration problem,â where every AI model requires a custom, brittle integration for each external tool or data source. This approach simply doesnât scale. How can we give an AI access to our sales leads, code repositories, or IoT devices in a standardized, secure, and reusable way?
This session introduces Anthropicâs Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open-source framework designed to solve this challenge and become the universal connectorâthe USB-C portâfor AI. MCP standardizes how AI models discover and use external tools, moving beyond simple function-calling to a robust, client-server architecture. We will dive into how this open protocol is creating a new ecosystem for building powerful, context-aware AI agents.
Join this session for a developer-focused introduction where you will learn how to:
Understand the core concepts of the open-source Model Context Protocol and its architecture.
Utilize pre-built, open-source MCP servers to instantly connect AI to tools like Git, Slack, and databases.
Build a custom MCP server to securely expose your own proprietary data and APIs as tools for any compliant AI.
Move beyond bespoke integrations and contribute to a standardized, collaborative, and open ecosystem.
Stop building one-off connectors and start building intelligent agents. This session will give you the practical knowledge to leverage MCP and create the next generation of AI that doesnât just talk, but does.

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data**
Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics.
The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth.
The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical.
(note: we are back at Rev1 this month!)

CBusData - Ok I Want to Get Data into Fabric - Now What?
I love my job and one of the main things I do is help customers get going with any of the data technologies at Microsoft. Right now there are a lot of my customers asking about Microsoft Fabric. It's hard to weave across all the shiny new options across the Fabric landscape, let alone figure out where it fits into your organization. In this session we'll focus on answering one question - how can I get data into Fabric? We'll talk through the "it depends" options and see some of the options in live demos.
