Anxiety Transformation Pathway (Part 2): Mastering the Thinking Patterns
🔥 What if your anxiety isn’t caused by your situation… but by how you think about it? 🧠 💡In this follow-up session, Chris Collingwood takes the conversation deeper into the cognitive processes that generate anxiety. While many people focus on managing symptoms, this session uncovers the thinking patterns, internal dialogue, and mental habits that create anxious states in the first place. This session is designed for those ready to move beyond awareness—and into precision-level mindset mastery and emotional control. 📅Join us this Sunday, May 3, for “Anxiety Transformation Pathway (Part 2): Mastering the Thinking Patterns Behind Anxiety” with Chris Collingwood, and discover how to take control of the cognitive processes that create anxiety and transform them into clarity and calm. 🎯 KEY POINTS / TAKEAWAYS FOR THE AUDIENCE ✅Understand the thinking patterns that trigger and sustain anxiety ✅Identify common cognitive distortions and mental loops ✅Learn how your internal dialogue influences emotional states ✅Discover how to interrupt anxious thinking in real time ✅Gain clarity on how perception shapes your experience ✅Build awareness of how thoughts create physiological responses 🚀 ADDITIONAL KEY POINTS / BENEFITS ✅Develop the ability to reframe and redirect anxious thoughts instantly ✅Strengthen your mental resilience and emotional regulation ✅Learn practical NLP-based tools for thought pattern transformation ✅Move from reactive thinking to intentional, empowered thinking ✅Increase confidence in handling uncertainty and future-focused fears ✅Create a more calm, focused, and resourceful mental state daily 🎙ABOUT THE SPEAKER🎙 Chris Collingwood has been involved in learning and teaching NLP since 1979. He studied with all the major early developers of NLP and, together with his partner Jules Collingwood, brought NLP co-creator Dr. John Grinder and his partner Carmen Bostic to Australia for many years.
