PCE Psychologic Conversation in English: How to be happy?
PCE - "Psychologic Conversation in English" is a discussion event in English language which focuses on psychology, philosophy, self-consciousness and self-realization. The conversation is based on inclusive discussion rules. We will meet at at a restaurant where we will have a private room exclusively reserved for our event. Please don't bring pets to the event because the room availability is limited at this venue.
\*\*\*\*\* SPECIAL FEATURED EVENT "HOW TO BE HAPPY?": THIS TOPIC WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE FIRST PART - THE TOPIC FOR THE SECOND PART WILL BE VOTED \*\*\*\*\*
At the beginning we will choose the topic to discuss. Everybody can suggest a topic. The host will then delete one topic from the list. Afterwards we will vote what to discuss between the remaining topics. The person who suggested the winning topic will then explain his idea of the topic.
Afterwards everybody gets his/her chance to make a statement. But you can also decide to remain silent and only listen, if you prefer that. We have a time limit for statements, so that everybody has enough time to speak. It is not allowed to interrupt somebody who is speaking. After a statement everybody can ask a question and the speaker will answer.
After the first part there will be a 10 minutes break before we start the second part.
Everybody is welcome to our event: We are interested in your thoughts and opinions! It is no problem if you arrive late and you can also leave whenever you want.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
**Talks & Speaker Details:**
**Talk 1: "OWASP Top 10 … but for OT?!**"
Operational Technology (OT) encompasses a wide variety of programmable systems and devices that have direct or indirect interactions with the physical environment. These technologies are integral to numerous sectors such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, medical, and utilities, where they play a crucial role in the operation and management of physical processes.
As OT systems become more interconnected and integrated with Information Technology (IT) networks, they face increased vulnerability to large-scale cyber attacks. This integration, while beneficial for operational efficiency and data sharing, exposes OT systems to the same cyber threats that typically target IT environments.
The goal of the OWASP OT Top 10 is to raise awareness about the top security risks and vulnerabilities specific to OT environments.
**Speaker:**
**Siegfried** **Hollerer** has seven years of experience as a penetration tester, focusing on the analysis of web applications, IT/OT infrastructures, and social engineering attacks. In addition to his practical experience, he has obtained an OSCP certificate. Furthermore, Siegfried has gained experience in incident response. During this time, he also carried out security management consultations, audits and certifications based on the OT security standard IEC 62443 and the IT security standard ISO 27000.
In 2023, Siegfried joined the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) in Austria as a security architect and analyst to enforce the “Netz- und Informationssystemsicherheitsgesetz” (NISG), which is the national implementation of the NIS EU directive [cf. Directive (EU) 2016/1148] .
**Talk 2: "Recurring Security Pitfalls in Cyber-Physical Systems: A Cross-Domain Analysis"**
Cyber-physical systems (CPS) repeatedly exhibit similar security weaknesses across domains, despite differing technologies and operational contexts. This talk explores recurring security pitfalls in areas such as manufacturing, energy, and aerospace. By analyzing common patterns, we reveal the root causes and discuss strategies for designing more resilient CPS architectures and engineering
practices.
**Speaker:**
**Matthias Eckhart** is a postdoctoral scientist at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Previously, he worked on privacy and responsible AI at Amazon, conducted security research at SBA Research,
and developed software at NXP Semiconductors.
**Philipp-S. Vogt** is a research engineer and PhD candidate at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Vogt received a MSc in electrical engineering from TU Wien. His research interests include cyber-physical systems, embedded systems and cyber security.

**Talk 1st:**
**Why Seed7 - Introducing a programming language**
A classification of Seed7 and a comparison with other languages.
A list of Seed7 advantages. A hello-world Seed7 example program.
The advantages of Seed7 are discussed in detail:
This includes **compile-time execution**, **integer overflow checks**,
the **absence of pointers and NULL**, the static type system,
ahead of time compilation, types as first-class citizens,
abstract data types, **templates**, **parser as part of the run-time library**,
the Extended Backus-Naur Form, **Seed7 Structured Syntax Definition**,
defining the semantic of a for-loop, how languages evolve and
the **Seed7 test suite**.
**Talk 2nd:**
**Claude Code - How AI Agents Are Changing the Way We Code**
Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding CLI that lives in your terminal. it autonomously reads your codebase, edits files, runs tests, and ships PRs — all through natural conversation. I'll give a live demo covering its latest features:
* **Sub-agents**: parallel, specialized AI workers with independent context windows
* **MCP** (Model Context Protocol): connecting Claude to external tools like Firecrawl for live web search/scraping, databases, Slack, and more — right from the terminal
* **Hooks & Skills**: custom automation triggers and reusable slash commands that personalize your workflow
* **Plan mode**: aligning on implementation strategy before the AI writes a single line of code
* **Auto-memory (CLAUDE.md)**: how the agent learns your project conventions and remembers them across sessions
* **Voice mode**: talking to your codebase
Whether you use VS Code, JetBrains, or just a terminal — this is the future of developer tooling. Live demo included.

Connected Westerville Night of Networking!
**Connected Westerville Night of Networking** *April Edition: The Introduction Economy*
You've been to the networking events. You've done the small talk. Collected the cards. Forgotten the names. And walked out feeling like you just wasted two hours of your life.
The problem isn't you. It's the format.
Most networking events put you in a room and tell you to figure it out. So everyone defaults to elevator pitches and business talk, and nothing real gets built.
Here's the truth about networking that most people miss: Your network isn't just who you know. It's who thinks of you when they're talking to someone else.
*That's* The Introduction Economy. And it only works when relationships are real.
There's a reason people who come once keep coming back. It starts with seven minutes that feel nothing like networking.
Then we open it up. Free networking. More conversations. More momentum.
This is a room full of corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and career builders in the Westerville and Columbus area. The mix is the magic.
You might never do business with everyone you meet tonight. But someone in this room will think of *you.* **By name**. So, the next time someone needs exactly what you do, you get the recommendation.
**April 14th. RSVP now.**
**When:** Tuesday\, April 14th \| 6:15 PM \-\- 8:00 PM **Where:** Vineyard Community Center \| 6000 Cooper Rd\, Westerville\, OH 43081
